全体的にに古い建物でしたが清潔です

今回、周辺のホテルが満室だったため、たまたま空きのあったこのホテルに泊まりましたが、おかげさまで初の道後温泉を快適に、たっぷり堪能できました。ありがとうございました。
Pros:

まずは立地がよいです。道後温泉本館、周辺商店街にも徒歩すぐ。浴衣・雪駄のままで外出可能なので、部屋からシームレスに温泉街を探索できます。お土産を沢山買ってもすぐに持ち帰れるので、心身の負担も少ない。
スタッフの皆さんの対応も温かく、どの方もきちんと挨拶をして下さるのが嬉しいです。
チェックアウト後もお昼頃までなら車を置かせてくれるので、翌日の周辺散策も気楽にできます。
売店のお土産も自販機の品数も豊富で、館内でも諸々用が足せます。
食事は夕食・朝食とも無しのプランだったので評価はできませんが、周辺に沢山の飲食店があるので、食事は特に付けなくても大丈夫かと思います。

Cons:

よくないというのではなく、仕方のないこととして、施設自体に古めかしい部分があるということくらいです。
たとえば部屋のバスルームがそうですが、きれいにしてくださっているので、不満はないです。
個人的には洗面所にペーパータオルが設置されているのが新鮮かつありがたかったです。備え付けのタオルを使わなくても、常に清潔に手洗い・洗顔等ができるので。
あとは男性用展望露天風呂が寒いということ。
内風呂がないので（女性用はあるそうです）、厳寒期の利用は厳しいなと感じました。

Pros:

道後温泉本館に近かった。
露天風呂、内風呂共に湯量、温度が良かった。
風呂には固形石鹸もありタオルで体を洗いやすかった。
売店も充実していた。

Cons:

車で行ったが、ホテルへの入り口が分かりにくかった。
アメニティーをもう少し充実してほしい

房價偏貴，整體CP值不高。
Pros:

房間夠大，距離道後溫泉本館及商店街很近。

Cons:

酒店設在小斜坡上，正門又是斜路不平坦，往前台又要上十多級樓梯，拖著行李箱極不方便，長者不太合適。露天浴池（半開放式）不在本館內而要上某一層通住別館，泉水溫度偏低。

道後温泉に行ってもここには泊まらない！
Pros:

道後温泉の近くに泊まりたかったので場所はとても良かったです

Cons:

天然温泉があると聞いていたので、楽しみにしていたのに、温泉が水でした！
それをフロントの人に伝えて、準備中など紙に書いて、貼っといて下さいっと伝えても何も対策なし！
そうなんですよーって言っただけでした。
着替えてる途中に、何人も入りに来たけど水ですよって説明して…とても残念でした。

悪くはなかったですが少し残念な感じがしました
