Overall clean with classic japanese breakfast that tasted great. But I don't know if it was just my room, but it had spots of black mold on some walls/ceiling, especially around the vent, and some corners of the bathroom had not been cleaned (such as the very edge of the sink). Doesn't get in the way of your daiy living, but not pleasant to look at (and breathe in?).

Best place to stay at in Tokyo! So many dining options available near the hotel and walkable to two major train stations. The hotel offers daily house keeping (with signage) and laundry washing available. The double bed room is spacious and offers so much space. Convenient if you want to stay near Tokyo and near the Haneda Airport which are a couple of train stops away (30 minutes each way-depending on the train express you take). Staff were amazing and answered any questions we had and provide us amazing service. I would recommend to stay here for your next Tokyo stay!

良かった点: 駅近、周りにショッピングモールもありスーパーもありで便利。飲食店も多かったので良かった。

悪かった点:入り口のクローゼットが開ける度にギコギコと鳴る。うがい用コップは掃除の都度、変えていただいていたが、飲み物のコップの交換がなかったので、できたら変えて欲しかった。なぜか部屋の換気扇をつけると、ガサガサ鳴るから、切らないと寝れなかった

7日間滞在したのですが　部屋掃除は1日置きにして　掃除ない時は　部屋前にバスタオルなど　コーヒーなども　セットして　置いてありました　　嬉しかったです

やむを得ず喫煙可の部屋に一泊させて頂きましたが、やはり一晩中匂いが気になったので、次回は禁煙の部屋を選ばせて頂きます。（貴館の責任ではございません）

ユニットバスに5センチほどの髪の毛が1本落ちてました。私は6ミリ程の坊主頭なので私のものでは無いと思われます。見落としただけかと思いますので、チェックだけ重ねてお願い致します。

他は問題なく快適に過ごさせて頂きました。お世話になりました。

実習中の滞在先として利用しました。初めて尽くしで宿泊前から何度も連絡してしまったけれど丁寧に対応してくださり、安心して過ごせました。ホテル周辺にはコンビニや商業施設もあり不便はありませんでした。近くに用事があった時はまた利用したいです

カーテンを開けたら窓ガラスが汚くてゾッとした。空気清浄機の水が入っていなくて使えなかったその為部屋は埃が舞っているのが見えた。
