Place is central to train stations and all the activities and attractions we wanted to do.
Beds were a little bit too firm, but after staying in Japan it has become the norm and it didn’t ruin our stay
The location was excellent, with easy access to Osaka Station, restaurants, and convenience stores. The room was a bit compact, but that's expected for hotels in Japan. It is clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, and the self check-in/check-out process was smooth and convenient.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location. My mom had a pleasant stay and found the room comfortable and easy to access. The staff were helpful and the surrounding area had many restaurants and shops nearby.
Nothing major. The room size was a little compact, but overall it was still comfortable and suitable for a short stay.
We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel in Osaka and definitely do not recommend it. Our overall rating is a well-deserved 2 out of 10 due to numerous issues:Extremely cramped room: The room was layout-disaster. It was so small that there was absolutely no space to open or lay down our luggage. Moving around the room was incredibly difficult.Microscopic and low bathroom: The bathroom was tiny and had an extremely low ceiling. If you are around 1.8m tall, you will only have about 10 cm of clearance to the ceiling.Foul odor: There was a persistent, terrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom drainage during our entire stay.Poor housekeeping: The cleaning service was careless. During room cleaning, some of our personal belongings (including our headphones) were accidentally knocked down and left under or behind the bed.Disappointing breakfast: Breakfast is not a buffet. It is served as a pre-set menu where you only choose between a Western style or a Japanese style.Paid luggage storage: Unlike most hospitality standards, storing your bags after check-out is not free. They charge 500 JPY per piece of luggage.Save your money and look for another accommodation in Osaka
