Cons:

The room is tiny and the location is not great. The worst part was when we arrived at 11am before check in. They said that the room is ready but they will not give us the keys for free unless we pay extra money for early check in or wait until 3pm. Even though the room IS READY for us. Just to make us wait in the lobby not a minute before 3pm. Also at checkout you need to pay them extra for keeping the luggage before the flight.

お得に泊まれて、素泊まりだと快適でした。
Pros:

受付の方の対応が良かった
部屋も綺麗で快適でした
飲み物のサービスも遅くまでやってて大変満足です

Cons:

ユニットバスのところがなんか変な匂いで個人的に臭かったです。
そんなに気になる程ではなかったですが、入るたびに匂う感じでした。
一緒に泊まった子はそんなに気にならなかったそうなので人によると思います。

Todo. Ubicación excelente. Personal muy amable. Las habitaciones muy pequeñas pero ideales para este tipo de viaje en los que el hotel suele ser solo para descansar! Muy recomendado!!

Pros:

Very good hotel. Last time I stayed in the Japanese style room but I think the design of the western rooms, such as the one I stayed in this time around, is better. Location good, close to the main underground line and close to Umeda.

Cons:

Now that Captain Kangaroo has closed down one has to walk a bit further for a drink. Most of the surrounding establishments are expensive hostess bars. Breakfast is good but as the restaurant is small you need to confirm your breakfast time which is a bit of a pain. Friendly staff. Easy check-in.

I recommend to just travel and experience Osaka. I love the place, food, and the people`s behavior.
Pros:

Everything is easily accessible, close to shops and Osaka tation.
Very cental location

Cons:

Only language that makes difficult to comunicate.

Pros:

Por trato exquisito. Pero solo dos opciones de desayuno..desde el tren unos doce minutos andando. Instalaciones muy buenas

Como en todo Japón el baño muy pequeño
