I’ve stayed a few times I booked lower ground I don’t like stairs an was grateful I got that level the staff help me by Carrying my bag up

L'appartement est grand, bien équipé, il manque un séchoir pour le linge ou un dryer, L'emplacement situé au cœur du quartier avec beaucoup de boutiques pour se restaurer.

Cons:

Wifi fonctionne 1 fois sur 4, à part 2 personnes, le reste du personnel sont peu accueillant, il faut se rendre au lavomatique pour sécher son linge.

Sehr freundliches Reinigungspersonal.

Cons:

Das Wifi hat den gesamten Aufenthalt nicht funktioniert. Auch keine Behebung nach Mitteilung an das Personal.
Uralte und furchtbare Matratze.
Gesamtes Inventar sehr alt und beschädigt.
Sehr lauter Straßenlärm aufgrund schlechter Dämmung.
Durch die Leuchtreklame des Hotels war es im Zimmer auch in der Nacht nicht sehr hell im Zimmer. Die schlechten Vorhänge dunkelten nur teilweise ab.

Pros:

It was really small but clean.

Cons:

The shared bathrooms needed some hanging space for clothes, so was a bit fiddly after a shower. It's an easy fix and will drastically improve the usability.

炉叫了一个工作人员教我们使用，结婚他来了，也启动不了炉，后来无声无息的就走了，我们还以为他去找人来帮忙看，结果一去不回来了，招呼都没有打一个，第一天去那个Wi-Fi太差了，第二天好点，网路不行，没有地方凉衣服的，另外退房时间早上10到10.30之间太早了
