Please consider banning smoking in the entire property.
Pros:

We chose the hotel carefully even though we were staying only one night. We especially liked the immediate proximity to the lake, and we chose a room with a view of the lake and a balcony. We loved the charm of the building and the amenities. The breakfast was also wonderful.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like--and it is a major factor and very much influenced how much we enjoyed our stay (or didn't)--and that is that the people in the adjoining room (we were in room 32, they were in room 31), which also had a balcony, smoked cigarattes all evening and well into the night, finally going inside the room shortly before 2 am. We wanted to keep our windows and doors open to enjoy the cool night air, but the smoke was so heavy and disturbing that that was impossible, and still the smoke came into our room. In addition, the woman chain-smoking on the balcony coughed loudly and constantly, adding to the very difficult situation.

We realize that smoking is officially allowed on balconies, but with the rooms so close, the hotel should consider banning smoking on balconies as well, as it is banned inside the rooms. The cigarette smoke really did spoil what would have been a beautiful stay.

Frühstück war sehr gut, die Lage absolut unschlagbar, vom Wintergarten direkt über die Wiese, das Sträußchen zum See (eigener Liegeplatz mit Steg).
Gutes Abendessen, grosse Auswahl.
Sehr schönes Appartement mit grossem Balkon mit Sicht auf den See.

Cons:

Das Mobiliar und die Dekorationsgegenstände sind ein Durcheinander, es hat keinen Stil, zu viel Gerümpel aber dafür sehr unkompliziert.
Es fehlt ein bisschen die Liebe zum Detail, nichts ist schön arrangiert.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt perfekt
Pros:

Schöne Lage direkt am See. Perfekter Zugang vom Hotel aus. Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und vollkommen ausreichend/abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Hatte die Hoffnung auf einen kleinen Minikühlschrank; leider keiner auf dem Zimmer. Gerade bei heißem Wetter für Getränke sehr von Vorteil. Für eine Nacht jedoch alles ausreichend und zufriedenstellend.

Die Lage und das Essen ist super. Der Zugang mit Steg und Leiter wer kein Kies mag. Frühstück auch top. Ich nutze es immer als Zwischenstopp bei längeren Tripps in diese Richtung.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist schön und direkt am See gelegen. Es gibt einen kleinen, hoteleigenen Seezugang.

Cons:

Ich befand mich auf einer Wanderung und muss sagen, in den kleineren Hotels davor und danach war das Personal dem Gast zugewandter. Die Lampe am Bett hat nicht funktioniert, aber nach einem langen Tag hatte ich auch nicht mehr die Nerven, das zu monieren.

Pros:

Die Lage ist natürlich topp, durch nichts zu überbieten.

Cons:

Den Kaffee gab es nicht im Känchen auf dem Frühstückstisch . Gefühlt waren es die Radler welche überhand nehmen aber das ist halt so. Lg ansonsten sehr schön dort.
