Disappointing, would not return.

Cons:

The a/c in the room was extremely noisy to the point where both me and my partner only got approximately 2 - 3 hours sleep, we both travel are lot and we're not unnecessarily picky but it genuinely was that loud (sounded like having a small cement mixer in the room). The a/c unit it self seemed to be a very old/basic model and obviously hasn't been maintained (could even see daylight in the gap between the edge of the unit and the wall surround). The hotel itself is quite nice in terms of appearance and the staff are quite friendly. The breakfast selection is reasonable, if slightly eccentric (beef bourguignon for breakfast was certainly a new experience for me). Unfortunately none of the "plus" points really amount to much if a guest can't actually sleep! I explained to the staff when checking out and they were friendly but kept trying to give me a physical feedback form to fill out which was extremely frustrating, I had a plane to catch and transport to sort out and had limited time and multiple things to organise (as well as being extremely sleep deprived) so this was precisely the wrong time and format to try and get feedback on the stay and just led to an even more stressful experience. Very disappointed with this stay and I will not be returning

Apparently there are no balcony rooms with a queen bed, they all have twin singles .... 😏
The service is poor because of the inefficient and staff untrustworthy systems in place.

Pros:

La atención fue espectacular, todo el personal muy amable y dispuesto siempre a colaborar con una sonrisa, los desayunos del buffet son excelentes y la comida del restaurante también, la ubicación esta muy buena, cerca de muchos restaurantes, Peluqueria, tiendas de conveniencia y lugares para masages buenos; fuimos por dos noches, al regresar de boracay volvimos otra noche y fuimos a Malaysia y de regreso volvimos a ese hotel, totalmente recomendado!!!

Stayed longer than normal as I had hurt my leg before I got there , so it was easy to go out and socialise.
Pros:

The staff are always polite and very respectful. It’s a good location close to the night life , my 6 or 7 th time there.

Ottimo hotel per visitare Manila
Pros:

Camera grande e spaziosa con una tv grande. Colazione varia e ricca sia di dolce chedi salato con un cuoco che può fare uova e bacon come si vuole per esempio. Lo staff è molto gentile e mi ha anche aiutato con la sim del telefono. La piscina non è tanto grande ma dopo una giornata a visitare la città, fa il suo dovere. Al piano terra c'è un ristorante spagnolo davvero ottimo.

Cons:

In un albergo del genere non poter avere un cappuccino a colazione stona con il resto della struttura.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, Frendliches Personal, grosses Zimmer, Bequemes Bett. Restaurant im EG war ein wenig Teuer aber auch sehr gut. Zentrale Lage in Makati.

Cons:

Lage des Hotels in einem eher Lebhaften Partyviertel, in der nacht ein bisschen anstrengend zum herumlaufen, da sehr viele Menschen auf der Strasse. (viele wollen einem "Massage-Services" anbieten).
