Lovely quiet hotel, friendly staff, breakfast was good, mainly cold meats and cheese and pastries few cereals.
Doors are a little loud and echoes in the corridors when people coming in and out rooms, not a major issue.
The staff is welcoming and polite.
There are several facilities and services advertised about this hotel that are simply untrue. I have made my choice of booking the hotel because of them and by the time we got there I was simply told they where unavailable or that I could only access em by going to another hotel 4km away(bike ride, activities, spa 2 pools and etc.). The advert says there are 2 swimming pools which is a lie, there is only one pool there. To make it worse, the only pool on site is frequently used by some sort of local children and teenagers groups(groups of 25 people and over) that are not hotel guests for the whole morning. The whole experience made us feel very uncomfortable, as we felt we were the intruders. The hotel is in a nice area but very secluded and with not many amenities. At weekends the children group didn't run, but still we have noticed A LOT of non hotel guests using the pool. I have enquired about the misrepresentation to the admin off me while I was there and the matter was overlooked. I have raised a formal claim with Booking.com and the same happened. Now I had to escalate the issue with my credit card as I truly feel like I have not received the service and amenities that I have paid for. All I
in all, if you are traveling with children and have serious intentions to use the hotel swimming pool. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel.

Petit déjeuner moyen deuxième boisson chaude payante manque de variété de pain confiture médiocre l'emplacement du petit déjeuner aucune discrétion.
L’accueil et la disponibilité du personnel, le confort et la propreté des locaux, la présence d’une piscine et d’un grand parking. Proximité d’Alberobello et de Polignano a Mare.
L’insonorisation entre les chambres. Une simple conversation d’une famille dans la chambre mitoyenne était parfaitement audible dans la nôtre. Pas de restaurant dans l’hôtel mais cependant nombreux à proximité.

Avevo il ceck in alle 16:00, (errore mio mi sono presentato prima non avevo letto), i ceck out ci sono alle 11:00, non voglio crederci che non si poteva far preparare la stanza almeno un po prima. Ma comunque sono regole e va bene…L’hotel oltre la piscina praticamente non ha servizi, è una meta di famiglie essendo vicino anche allo zoosafari e io viaggiavo con mia moglie e mio figlio di un anno, in tutto l’hotel non è presente un cucinino per cuocere la pastina al piccolo, alla mia domanda mi è stato detto devi andare al ristorante noi non siamo un ristorante, va bene fuori l’hotel c’era una pizzeria la prima sera abbiamo cenato li e la ragazza della pizzeria è stata gentilissima a cuocermi anche la cena al piccolo , peccato che poi la sera seguente di lunedì era chiusa e molti altri anche e per preparare un po di pastina è stata un impresa
