Great location, very nice staff, comfortable beds and working AC.

Cons:

The shower door was broken (or would not close) - there was only a curtain instead. The hairdryer worked for 15 seconds and would not turn back on. The location is very convenient, however its right at a junction so there is a lot of noise from the street - not suitable for light sleepers.

Posizione eccezionale, letteralmente 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Firenze, staff gentile disponibile e impeccabile, accesso 24/7 garantito anche senza reception attiva, noi solo camera senza colazione ma è situato di fronte a un ottimo bar e davvero a pochi passi da tutti i servizi, le stanze dotate di tutti i confort, nonostante i 40 gradi di Firenze si stava sempre bene in stanza e il parcheggio utilizzabile è a 5 minuti a piedi e con le loro indicazioni non si entra nemmeno in ZTL quindi nessun problema per gli accessi in auto, forse parcheggio un poco caro essendo all’aperto ma dopotutto è in centro a Firenze.

Il materasso era piuttosto scomodo, mi sono svegliato con dolori entrambe le notti, le imposte non permettono di oscurare perfettamente la luce e sebbene in camera ci siano tende spesse che aiutano in bagno no e la porta del bagno ha il vetro opaco quindi comunque filtra, il soffitto in cartongesso mi ha un poco stranito in un centro storico ma credo fosse per evitare di avere il soffitto a volte, l’aria condizionata funzionava fin troppo bene ma non riuscivo a regolarla perché non sparasse dritto sul letto e non troppo freddo

Pros:

L'hôtel est placé à moins de 15 minutes de la gare. La chambre était prête à notre arrivée. Elle était spacieuse. À proximité, il y a des restaurants ainsi que les principaux monuments.

Cons:

Peut-être une petite bouilloire ou un emplacement pour pouvoir prendre un café.

Πολύ κεντρικό σημείο, κοντά στα κύρια αξιοθέατα, τον σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό, τον σταθμό λεωφορείων. Ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο, άνετο κρεβάτι, καλό μπάνιο, παράθυρα που ανοίγουν. Ευγενικό προσωπικό.

Cons:

Χωρίς να αποτελεί ουσιαστικό πρόβλημα, ίσως κάποιους αποτρέψει το γεγονός ότι η ρεσεψιόν λειτουργεί μέχρι τις 23:00. Απουσία ψυγείου.
