No me gustó que dentro del Hotel solo hay 10 estacionamientos, según lo indicado por el personal. Llegamos alrededor de las 1 AM a hacer el check in y al tratar de entrar al estacionamiento nos indicaron que debíamos estacionar en otra parte que tenía el hotel. Si bien era cerca, es muy incómodo tener que ir a otra dirección, cuando llegas tarde, no eres de ahí, no ubicas direcciones y luego tener que caminar con las maletas y cartera por la calle , para recién llegar al hotel y poder hacer el check in. La TV en la habitación era pequeñísima y faltaba aire acondicionado en los pasillos y en la zona del comedor. En La hora del desayuno era terrible el calor que había ahí y me indicaron que no había aire acondicionado.

Fiquei por duas vezes, e se voltar a Santiago ficarei lá de novo.

O único senão é que dependendo do quarto o Wi-Fi não funciona bem, ficando fraco e instável, mas isso não me atrapalhou.
