Bom custo benefício
Pros:

Localização excelente, comércios, restaurantes, próximo ao MUT e ao Sky Costanera. Tivemos um bom atendimento.

Cons:

O piso do quarto que ficamos era frio e a manutenção não era muito boa.

Inmejorable ubicación, en zona de bares y restaurantes. A pocos metros del Mall Costanera..
En esta segunda estadia nos dieron una habitación mas amplia y estuvimos mucho mas cómodas que en nuestra primera noche.
El personal es super atento. Todos muy serviciales.

Excelente ubicación y personal
Pros:

El personal fue muy atento y amable. Nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos desde que llegamos. La ubicación es excelente, muchas opciones para comer. La habitación estaba limpia y muy cómoda

Cons:

El baño no era nada accesible, muy pequeño y poco espacio para salir de la ducha (la cual es alta en bañera). Para salir chocaba directamente con el retrete y casi me caigo. Aunque por suerte tienen opciones accesibles para personas mayores y mis padres no sufrieron con este problema durante nuestra estadía

Pros:

La piscina se puede reservar por horas, lo que me parece bastante conveniente para relajarse plácidamente.

Cons:

La habitación era bastante fría y en el tercer piso teníamos al lado lo que parecía un extractor que sonó toda la noche

Localização perfeita
Pros:

A localização é perfeita,perto de tudo. Ficamos em um quarto silencioso, era espaçoso. Equipe muito simpática o tempo todo

Cons:

O café da manhã é básico, atende bem mas sem variação e limitado.
As instalações do quarto, como iluminação, podem melhorar.São detalhes que fazem a diferença. Mas nada que prejudique a estadia.

Pros:

El personal es lo único excelente
Buena ubicación, pero hay muchos hoteles en la zona

Para acceder a la habitación hay que subir una escalera, tomar el ascensor y al bajar subir otra escalera, siendo el de servicio, las habitación tenía la puerta del baño que abría hacia afuera, enfrentada a la cama, pequeña, muy fría, había que dejar todo el día el aire para que esté cómoda, el aire viejo y el control andaba mal, el baño sin calefacción y sin extractor de olores, la bañera súper resbaladiza, el lugar común, con muchos recovecos, y espacios reducidos, el lugar para desayunar pequeño y sin vistas, el desayuno escaso y repetitivo, si estás varios días te cansas de lo mismo, el restorán que se promociona, no es del hotel y está cerrado el fin de semana, no está apto para tener 4 estrellas, solo por el valor que cobran, un chasco
