Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had good variety.

The Hotel was just average.A broken step to trip on. I would book else where. I would book elsewhere if I came again.
I also stayed at the Wot lodge a few times The first time it was ok the last time very run down depressing and a staff member hit on me.I was traveling alone and it made me uncomfortable and my room key opened other room doors which it shouldn't have.

2 negative opinion is that they took the mini bar from our room with asking, and they didn’t put it back when I ask. And another one was that the TV had a maximum volume of 11, that was super super low…

Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet. Zimmer werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Frühstück ok. Parken auch beim Einchecken Katastrophe

Hotel com decoração descontraida, instalações simples porém estavam bem limpas e organizadas. Atendimento cordial, café da manhã com poucas opções, mas de boa qualidade. Quarto padrao tamanho razoável, porem no meu caso a cama de casal era composta de 2 colçhões um com a qualidade melhor que o outro. Localização excelente!

Friendly stuff, nice and quiet. Great place to stay

Location of the hotel is very convenient very close to the city and beach. The room was ok, but quite small for for 2 persons. On our arrival there was an unneccessary hassle related to the payment. I had already paid the room and breakfast through ebooking and I had receipt and booking confirmation. However, the receptionist kept saying that I had not paid the breakfast yet all though it was very obvious based on my documents that I had.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes, gemütliches, kleines Hotel am Rande des Zentrums. Die Doppelbetten sind etwas schmal, und die Zimmer weisen kleinere Abnutzungsspuren auf, bleiben aber dennoch sehr schön. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Gehdistanz, die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es etwas entfernt, aber gut erreichbar. Surf- und Badestrand sind mit dem Auto in 5–10 Minuten erreichbar. Insgesamt ein toller Ort.

Wonderful place to stay in Ericeira! Close enough to everything but not too close to the bars - for a good night sleep. Very friendly staff with an amazing breakfast!

We had a very positive stay with a nice view room and the dining area was very nice. Food at breakfast was so-so.

The location is great and the rooms are a good size, but that’s where the positives end. We booked this hotel because it advertised parking, but upon arrival, the receptionist was surprised—we were told there is no parking at all and had to find street parking ourselves.

WiFi was another letdown. We were given passwords for three different networks, none of which worked in our room.

Breakfast was disappointing. Although it’s supposed to start at 8, at 8:30 many items were still missing, and they were just starting to prepare the eggs. Staff (4–5 people) were very noisy in the kitchen and kept coming out to take food and plates, clearly eating their own breakfast during service.

Another issue: we went to the beach at 9:00 and came back at 20:00, only to find our used towels had been taken but not replaced. When I asked for clean ones, I was told they were still in the dryer and to wait about 20 minutes.

The hotel has potential, but the service is unprofessional and poorly organized. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

We had a wonderful stay at WOT Ericeira! The location is perfect — right in the heart of town and just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and great tips about the area.
Our room was clean, cozy, and quiet — just what we needed to relax.
Breakfast was fresh and varied, a great way to start the day.
Overall, we felt truly welcomed and will definitely be coming back. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Generally good service throughout our stay. Clean comfortable room with adequate breakfast provided.
Only downside was the severe early morning noise ( 5am ) from the towns refuse collection lorries emptying large containers in the nearby square.

Man får vad man betalar för. Enkelt hotell, städning var helt okej. En uppdatering av badrum skulle behövas, men var rent iallafall.

Based on the excellent reviews, was surprised how shabby this establishment was.
Very basic, although clean in certain aspects. The wardrobe space had mould on the wall, was apprehensive of leaving suitcase there incase of everything smelling if damp.
Wi-Fi appauling, on a positive breakfast was good.

All in all this was just not for me
