A real treat
Pros:

We have now been twice and it is a real treat to stay at the hotel. The attention to detail and the service minded staff makes you feel more than welcome. The spa, pool and gym areas are perfect not to mention the beautiful views. The breakfast is amazing and you always wish that you had more "space". The hotel restaurant reflects the hotel. I can't recomment this hotel enough. We will keep coming back.

Pros:

Wir waren zu zweit in diesem Hotel. Der Pool und der Spa-Bereich (nicht überfüllt, mit Aussicht) haben uns sehr gefallen.

Ferner hatten wir ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Klar zu empfehlen.

The less said the better 😉.
Pros:

We were completely "gobsmacked" upon arrival and every experience thereafter was equally exciting. This is the type of place that you really do not want to share with others, so "the less said, the better"!

Tolle Lage, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Stilvoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Toller Wellness Bereich und erstklassiges Frühstück.

Ein tolles Hotel mit gutem Wellness Bereich.

Speisen im Restaurant hochpreisig.

Leider wird inzwischen total überzogen.

Habe eine Flasche Mineralwasser bestellt und Leitungswasser erhalten, selbstverständlich zum abgeschmackten Preis.

Höhepunkt ist aber, dass ungefragt Brot an den Tisch gebracht wird und dann 3.30€ auf der Rechnung berechnet werden.

Trotz 3 facher Reklamation keine Lösung angeboten bekommen. Management kann kein Umgang mit Gästen handeln

Toll ausgestattetes Hotel in absolut ruhiger Lage mit herrlichem Blick über das Filstal. Auch die MitarbeiterInnen, mit denen wir Kontakt hatten, waren allesamt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wellnessbereich war gut. Leider war an beiden tage kein Aufguss da bzw. der Aufguss hatte keinen Duft (Orange war angekündigt). Da wäre es schön wenn immer was da wäre bzw. eine Auswahl vorhanden wäre.

Tolles Hotel, schöne Lage. Hervorragender Wellnessbereich. Leider ist das Servicepersonal einem 5 Sterne Haus nicht würdig.
Bei der Frage nach der offerierten Ladestation wird der Gast aufgefordert sich die ENBW App mit Vertragsabschluss herunterzuladen. Eine hauseigene Ladestation gibt es nicht. Hilfestellungen wurden nicht angeboten.

Das Servicepersonal zum Frühstück ist launisch und teilweise unhöflich oder sprechen kein Deutsch oder Englisch. Oder vergessen die Bestellung.


Daher schließe ich einen weiteren Besuch aus.
