Just what we needed
Pros:

The last minute availability saved us from not staying the night in an airport. Staff was exceptionally welcoming upon arrival with rooms ready for our family. Rooms, beds and bathroom were very clean and fresh! We slept very comfortably with zero outside noise! The provided breakfast had options for everyone as well as quick replenishment for foods and drinks. Lastly, the front desk was able to call a car with ample room for luggage on our return to the airport.

Cons:

Just a suggestion to improve on the wifi availability. Connection was unpredictable, and made it stressful as we needed to keep track of our connection flight status. As travelers our mobile service did not have roaming. Wifi was important because of this. I recommend moving and/or upgrading routers and repeaters for upper floors. Knowing the building is old and the walls are stone we were patient.

Centrale con personale qualificato
Pros:

La struttura si trova in una posizione invidiabile super centrale. Il personale molto cordiali nonostante qualche imprevisto ha sempre saputo gestire la situazione con la massima professionalità e tenendo ospite al primo posto.

Cons:

I cuscini nonostante di differenti tipologie avevano una dimensione contenuta quasi come quelli del divano. I posti in sala colazione sono un tantino risicati qualche volta si è rischiato di stare in piedi o di attendere per sedersi

Katastrophe. Nur eine Nacht dort wegen Flugausfall. Wir hätten keine zweite Nacht dort verbracht.

Die Lage im Zentrum der Stadt ist super.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war feucht und großflächig schimmelig. Durch die Lage direkt am Flur/Treppenhaus war sehr laut.

Tornou a experiencia muito mais açoriana, sem dúvidas que repetiria numa próxima oportunidade
Pros:

A começar a localização é excelente, perto do centro da cidade e a uns passos de vários parques sem paquímetros, o que possibilita evitar custos extras para quem aluga carro.
O pequeno almoço tem bastante variedade ora torradas com queijo e fiambre, ora ovos mexidos ou queijo fresco ou ainda iogurtes com aveia, a acompanhar várias bebidas desde a água ao sumo, ao café ou ao leite. E cereja topo do bolo aquela salada de fruta boa.
O staff é todo muito simpático e atencioso desde receção ao staff da cozinha e ao staff dos serviços de limpeza

Cons:

O único detalhe que poderia ser melhor era de facto o conforto das camas, um pouco rijas para quem já sofre de dores no corpo.
