It was written that the hotel has a swimming pool
It was a very important thing for choosing a hotel,I have an autistic daughter and when it's going not by plan,is very difficult
When we came,we found out that swimming pool doesn't work!!!!!
Why do you write wrong information?
Second,we asked about early accomodation,got the approval,came earlier and found out that our room is not ready and nobody knows about our early accomodation...
We had to wait in a lobby while our room was cleaned

Noises at 2:30 am , perhaps the housekeeping or a general worker, opened and closed almost all the doors at nights, walked between rooms all night

Staff was wonderfully hospitable! Facilities were clean; food was tasty. Beach was lovely. I look forward to coming back!
The place has been remodeled nicely, but it does have some old bones; they door to my little balcony was hard to operate.
