Wir werden nie wieder das Hotel buchen!
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sauber und der Strand war gut gelegen. Die Reinigungsdamen, ein Kellner und der Strandboy waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das dass Hotel bereits eine Woche vor Anreise die gesamte Summe eingezogen hat. Wir erst um 16 Uhr die Zimmer beziehen konnten, obwohl auf der Booking Seite von 0-24 Uhr Checkin angegeben ist. Und wir wegen unseren Zimmer das wir gebucht haben Diskutieren mussten und mit wieder Willen dann doch bekamen. Das restliche Personal war nicht freundlich ( kein guten morgen oder bitte und danke oder gerne geschweige denn ein Lächeln.) Für einen Maschinen Kaffee musste man zahlen! Nur im warm halte Behälter der Kaffee war gratis ( mal warm oder kalt und nicht gut !) Man durfte auch nicht auf der Terrasse Frühstücken.

Dostęp do basenu i plaży w zasięgu kilku kroków

Cons:

Brudno, słabo sprzątane pokoje, podłoga nawet po sprzątaniu w piasku ( panie sprzątające jedynie zamiatają). w dniu wyjazdu karaluch w pokoju. Sniadanie codziennie takie same, zimne o wszystko co się skończy trzeba prosić

Rilassante e piacevole
Pros:

Struttura nuovissima e molto bella , una piscina meravigliosa con una vista di tutto il lungomare.
Situata a 10 minuti dal mare e da diversi ristoranti e market nelle vicinanze, non risulta affollata come tanti altri posti davvero rilassante e piacevole trascorrere la giornata in piscina.

Pokój na parterze z widokiem na morze z balkonu. Jest to nieduży hotel nie ma dużo osób, można odpocząć. Był duzy czysty basen i nie było problemu z znalezienie wolnego miejsca. Plaza byla bardzo blisko przejście jedynie przez deptak, była to plaza hotelowa z darmowymia lezakami. Robili dobre drinki w barze przy basenie. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane.

Cons:

Malozroznicowane śniadania co dziennie to samo. Kawa była w termosie i była nie dobra. Brak ekspresu do kawy podczas śniadania oraz brak czajnika i wody w pokoju hotelowym. Jesli do sniadania masz ochote na kawe latte np. jest ona dodoatkowo płatna.. Brak wentylacji jakiej kolwiek w pokoju. Problem z kanalizacja ponieważ czuć w pokoju jej zapach.

Prefect location on the beach front, private large sand beach, friendly and helpful staff, well organized parking, restaurant zone in shade of trees

Cons:

Utterly scant and unvaried breakfast. Landmark side room is very noisy due to a highway nearby (sea side room is calm). Tiny bathroom. No electricity sockets at the table.

We had an amazing 4-night stay at Bel Conti Hotel as a family of five, and it exceeded all our expectations.

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was outstanding. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The food was excellent, with a great variety and consistently high quality. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm, relaxing, and family-friendly, making us feel welcome at all times. The facilities were fantastic, and we felt the hotel offered exceptional value for money.

A very special thank you to Edison, who looked after us with our drinks and meals. He is the definition of excellent customer service—professional, patient, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile with a smile. His outstanding character and dedication made our stay even more enjoyable. Hats off to him—he is a real asset to Bel Conti Hotel!

If I could offer one piece of constructive feedback, it would be to improve the hotel’s online advertising and presentation. Bel Conti Hotel is far more beautiful, impressive, and superb than its online photos and descriptions suggest. It truly deserves to be showcased much better because it offers an experience that exceeds expectations.
