Nice hotel, would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Great rooms, views, very friendly staff. Close to bus service to get to ski lifts.

Cons:

Nothing of note to grumble about really.

Nice Hotel
Pros:

Very clean hotel located under 10 minutes walk to the centre of Morzine. We understand that a bus stops outside which takes you to the ski lifts, but we didn’t use it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold fresh products.
Beds were comfortable, showers hot.
Sauna and pool were a lovely treat after a long day skiing.

Cons:

The swimming pool and sauna didn’t open until 4 pm, which meant we couldn’t spend a day relaxing in the hotel as it was closed for most of the day, and then when it was open, it was very busy as it was not big enough for the number of people trying to use them every day. Rooms were absolutely boiling and we have to sleep with our doors open due to the heat despite turning the radiators off. Some rooms were better than others with some not having open shared balconies or being very accessible and visible to other Hotel guests. We felt that the hotel was expensive for what it provided. Toiletries included one body wash and there was no milk provided so we couldn’t make tea in our room.

Je trouve que la partie sauna&hammam devrait être au même étage que la piscine et jaccuzi.

Pros:

The hotel was great and very clean everywhere.
Rooms had everything you could need and the beds and pillows were so comfortable.
Really good breakfast offered.
Staff were really friendly and helpful.
The facilities (pool etc) were great to have after a days skiing

Cons:

Only negative from our stay was that Our room was right next to the back door, so we could here the doors opening and closing every time someone came in which was very noisy when people were coming in late at night and kept you awake
