Grundsätzlich ok. Etwas abgewohnt. Boiler tropfte ständig, Klimaanlage war laut aber ohne Wirkung.

Prima di partire ho cercato di contattarli per chiedere info varie(presenza di phon, bagnoschiuma ecc) non mi risponde nessuno neanche al telefono, ho dovuto contattare Booking per chiedere se fosse tutto ok perché non rispondevano e dopo che Booking li ha contattati mi hanno risposto, alla loro risposta chiedo se era possibile lasciare da loro gli zaini arrivando presto la mattina e il check in era possibile dopo le 15 e di nuovo non risponde nessuno…arriviamo e cerco di spiegare in inglese (cercando di farmi capire perché non lo parlo in maniera fluente) che so che era presto per il check in ma se era possibile lasciare gli zaini, alla parola early riferendomi al check in ci ha guardati come dire “sono le 10 del mattino il check in non lo fai adesso”
Usciamo a visitare la città e nella giornata decidiamo che i seguenti due giorni saremmo stati a durazzo per il mare, chiedo una modifica di prenotazione a una notte invece di due come da prenotazione ma specificando che avrei comunque pagato entrambe le notti perché sapevo che oramai avevo prenotato per due notti, Booking in automatico per procedura standard nella mia richiesta scrive anche se era possibile scontarmi dal prezzo la notte di cui non usifrivo(ripeto non mia richiesta) a quel punto la risposta da parte loro, a differenza delle precedenti, è stata immediata e hanno provveduto subito a effettuare il pagamento dalla carta per entrambe le notti senza essere in struttura quando invece la modalità di pagamento era in struttura.
Pulizia e manutenzione del bagno da rivedere sopratutto nella doccia, per non parlare dei cuscini nel letto, se così si posso chiamare, alti 2 millimetri.
L’unica cosa da salvare la ragazza che abbiamo trovato la sera alla reception, molto gentile ed educata!

Netter Service, mir wurde mit einem Ladekabel ausgeholfen und ich wurde zum Zimmer im gegenüberliegenden Gebäude gebracht

Cons:

Es war super kalt, es gab keine Heizung und die Decke war dünn. Habe in Tagesklamotten schlafen müssen, um die Nacht zu überstehen. Es war super laut in der Umgebung mit Techno-Musik - das ganze Objekt sehr hellhörig. Keine veganen Optionen beim Frühstücksbuffet.

Great location, nice boutique hotel with a flair of French ambient.
Pros:

The hotel has a great location. The staff is exceptionally helpful and accommodating. It is clean and has a reasonably good food. Close to the Tirana piramide and walking distances to major attractions.

Cons:

The main page stated there is parking as part of the deal, however when we arrived there was a bit of misunderstanding. It should be clearly stated there is a parking nearby fir fee. The staff was accommodating.
