Pros:

Super cute hotel in a central location in downtown Tiranë. A lot of historical sites are a walkable distance. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Sono arrivato al hotel mi è stata assegnata la camera gelata … mese di gennaio .. Come

minimo il riscaldamento potevano accenderlo un po’ prima … cambiato stanza ancora più gelida … volevo andare via ma ormai avevo pagato 80 euro al giorno … per vedere i canali italiani ho dovuto pagare 30 euro in più … nella doccia il sapone era finito ed è rimasto così per tutti e tre i giorni … lo staff di un antipatico .., insomma che dire brutta esperienza sicuro che non torno più ..eravamo in 2 e gli asciugamani erano per 1 tutto pessimo…

Posso dire che L unica cosa che mi è piaciuta la posizione per il resto niente…

Pros:

Zimmer waren sehr Dreckig und zum Teil wurde nicht gereinigt, Frühstück war unterste Schublade...vor allem das Brot war mehrere Tage alt und trocken.
Ausser der lage war der Rest sehr enttäuschend

L’emplacement

Cons:

Pour commencer, lors de la réservation ils indiquaient avoir un parking. Or il n’était pas compris dans la réservation on a dû payer en plus. L’hygiène laisse à désirer. Le petit déjeuner il y avait pratiquement que du salé et très peu de choix en sucré. Notre chambre était au bord de la route est donc très bruyante ce qui nous a empêché de dormir. Le personnel était à la limite du désagréable, sauf un monsieur qui était agréable.

Unwelcoming Staff
Pros:

The hotel was nice and clean. However there was no lift and the staff did no even offer to help as courtesy

Cons:

The building from the outside is dirty... which ia not diaplayed in photos for booking. Also, no availability of lift was not mentioned.. which was a surprise after a long journey and jetlag

Excellente situation au
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé. Le centre de Tirana est accessible à pied. Parking extérieur gratuit . Chambre spacieuse, confortable à la décoration rococo.

Cons:

Une seule lampe de chevet pour deux. Le petit déjeuner est sommaire .
