Bar fridge in the rooms would be much appreciated.
Pros:

Breakfast was basic, not much to say but definitely not value for money. All staff at reception were friendly.

Cons:

The manager’s attitude. We requested breakfast packages as our flight was a bit early. This arrangement was communicated when we arrive to my surprise on the day there was nothing, and manager with attitude couldn’t even assist us. Upon booking you state your time of arrival but when we got there only 1 room was ready.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. They have a nice little Restaurant with good food. You have direct access from the hotel to Century City. It is generally very centrally situated in Cape Town.

Cons:

To buzy and noisy. Staff ignorant of client needs. Eg had to go to barr from pool area to get a drink. Open air parking with access to all vehicles by just waljing past a liw fence or boom.

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and even the setup. Location was also excellent, closer to the mall and also closer to where i had meetings

Giving Southern Sun a bad name.
Pros:

Just the location - Canal Walk within a short walking distance.

Cons:

The breakfast served was very very basic. Would have expected fresh omelet or eggs if required. There were no pastries offered. The Southern Sun Group that we were used to, up until the late 90's is no more. You might as well drop off the Southern Sun and just retain EasyStay. Very disappointing.
