Excellent home away from home, friendly and helpful staff and looking forward to our next stay there
Pros:

The breakfast is outstanding. My 12 year old son always says that the breakfast is the best ... and we do a lot of national and international traveling.
The location is ideal. Close to the city, but in a quiet area that is safe to walk in the evenings.
The mall is just across the service road ... excellent.

Cons:

The fact that we could only stay 2 evenings.

The smell if cigarette smoke filled the air and that was very unpleasant as we are not smokers, it made the night’s rest quite unpleasant

A good choice for a last min booking, or budget travel
Pros:

The distance from the hotel to Canal Walk Shopping Centre is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel's door right to the food court inside the mall, and that alone, for me, is such a good feature of the hotel.

Cons:

The rooms were good enough for a last-minute booking, but they could use a renovation. Some smart TVs for streaming or the ability to stream from your phone to the TV would be a nice addition. The bathroom could be a little bigger, or at least have a larger shower inside or just redesign the bathroom to be more spacious.

Location is great breakfast was nice the room needs attention

Staff when we came in was friendly and helpful

Cons:

The plugs in the room were a problem and need attention.
We were 3 in the room but just 2 cups, no glasses and only 2 sugars, canderal.
The cushions are old and no cushions for the 3rd person, one blanket for my daughter that sleeps by the window and the wind blows ice cold through there so one blanket did not help.
The light one the tabel did not work just let you know.

A relaxing and soothing stay.
Pros:

The place was wonderful, staff was exceptional. From the first day we checked in, the process was fast and without huddles. Room service was so quick. You didn't have to wait really. The cleaning staff was friendly and patient with us. One other thing I appreciate about the staff is that when we checked out early at 6am, they arranged breakfast packs for us. Which I really appreciated. You rarely find that I other places. Thank you so much StayEasy team.

Cons:

I would have loved to have a bar fridge and microwave :)
