The breakfast was terrible. Bacon not cooked properly, scrambled eggs still wobbly - raw - coffee machine horrible no staff in touch with guest. no horrible

THE STAFF WAS'NT HELPFUL AT ALL I HAD A LOT OF LAGUAGE,AND I ASKED FOR HELP TO JUST PUT MY STAFF INSIDE BUT THEY WERE JUST LOOKING AT ME AND THEY SAYED WE DON'T HAVE ANYONE TO HELP YOU BUT THEY WERE THERE SITTING.OTHER THAN THAT EVERYTHING WAS OKEY.
All the staff were very friendly and meet all our needs. After I had a minor incident with a very hot cup of tea the staff asked how I was the following day and provided me with ice

The hotel is really well located mainly for direct access to Canal Walk.
It is clean and staffs are helpful and always willing to help.
Very good breakfast! Easy access from the hotel to perform or visit some activities and places of interests!
Perhaps the fact of providing drinking water in your rooms! Not a big issue at all as shops were close to the hotel

THE DRAINS IN THE SHOWER IS BAD AND THE SHOWER DOOR DONT CLOSE PROPERTLY
Located perfectly for a walk around the canal and right next to the mall. The pool was perfect and the breakfast was lovely too.
I’d say the rooms are perfect for a business trip but not so much for a family holiday.
The location is great, right next to Canal Walk. The hotel is clean & comfortable.
