Lo que más me gustó fueron las recepcionistas: Súper amables y atentas, siempre dispuestas a ayudar. Incluso cuando tuve que resolver un tema de trabajo al final de mi estancia, me ofrecieron su apoyo de inmediato.
Otro punto que me encantó es que la recepción está abierta las 24 horas, lo cual da mucha comodidad. Además, el hotel cuenta con un restaurante en la planta baja que abre desde las 7 de la mañana, ideal si necesitas un desayuno rápido antes de salir. Hablando de esto, el desayuno está bien y a buen precio; yo pagué 17 euros y me pareció justo.
Por último, el hotel es bonito y acogedor, lo que hace la estancia aún más agradable. Definitivamente lo recomiendo para quienes buscan comodidad y buen servicio en Madrid.

La zona donde está no es turística, lo cual hace que sea agradable y tranquilo. Al mismo tiempo, no es súper aesthetic, pero realmente no importa. Hay muchísimas cosas alrededor y casi todo se puede hacer caminando. Si tomas metro, la estación está literalmente afuera del hotel. También hay un Mercadona justo afuera, así como muchas cafeterías. Todo está súper bien ubicado. Además, si tomas un taxi o Uber, cualquier punto de interés está a 10 minutos como máximo. Súper recomendado.
