Excelente hotel. Equipe muito simpática e atenciosa, desde todos os recepcionistas, a equipe de limpeza e os funcionários do café. Quarto super limpo, confortável. A localização é ótima, bem em frente a uma estação de metrô, e facil de ir andando pra a muitos lugares, em especial o Museu Reina Sofia e o Prado, mas muitos outros também. Estadia perfeita.
