Great location, staff very friendly on arrival and during our stay.
Bed was too uncomfortable for me.
Bathroom needs an update too.
The location and pleasant staff
The hotel is a relic of the 1960’s, much of it is derelict. Peeling wallpaper and paint, chipped tiles, faded pictures, cheap furnishings. At £160 a night it is very expensive for what you get. Food is overpriced and poor.
A hidden gem, and what a location!.. The very pleasant chap on reception was later on the barman, and I suspect the chef at breakfast, very relaxing atmosphere here, so glad we discovered it..
Nothing bad to report here
Breakfast OK. Containers for cereal very difficult to hold and lift. Perhaps some with handles would be better for arthritis sufferers
No access to TV. Understand that reception may be poor but expect to be able to keep up with world news.
It’s position was very good with nice views from the room. The food was good. The staff were very good. The waitress in the evening was very friendly and professional with a sense of humour. The waitress at breakfast was professional and friendly.
Although it is a lovely place. The room was a bit dated and WiFi was very weak.
God service,

Beautiful location
Breakfast was good and served promptly.
Good choices.
Pleasant dining room.
The host Gail was welcoming and friendly. A traditional Scottish hotel on the edge of Loch Broom. Lovely views. Plenty of parking. The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfy. A great location to explore the coastal peninsula.
The decor was traditional a couple of decades ago, but the hotel was warm and friendly.
