Comodidad y tranquilidad, sólo nos quedamos una noche, porque ibamos viajando a otra ciudad, pero fue una muy buena estadia. Desayuno muy bueno.

The view to the river was amazing, the location is really good, a 15-minute walk from downtown Valdivia. The region is pretty safe and full of students, so you can walk without any problem around. Plenty of parking and clean room + the hotel is full of history.
The breakfast could be better in terms of variety. It's far from bad—the food was good and the coffee amazing as well. Just not many options. Not a problem to us, but maybe some people would want more stuff in the breakfast to eat

El lugar donde está el hotel es muy bello
La vista.
La incomodidad de tener que subir los equipaje cuando sobre todo es un segundo piso, pero lo peor que nadie ayuda en esto, por otro lado con el clima tan helado hay que ir a recepción a consultar ya que tampoco tienen citofonos en la habitación.

El hotel en general es muy bello y la vista aún mejor. Tiene buen desayuno, la temperatura de más habitaciones es buena. El personal es amable y preocupado de entregar una buena atención
Agregaría TV con streaming. Hay partes del hotel que no están conectadas por espacios cerrados y en días fríos sé siente el cambio de temperatura al pasar de un edificio a otro.
