Pros:

Die Unterkunft direkt am Strand mit Pool und Frühstück mit sehr viel Potential nach oben. W-Lan hat gut funktioniert. Abend gegessen habe ich im Honey Bech Restaurant gleich links. Auf das Preis-Leidtungsverhältnis kommt es an. Ich habe für den Preis ein Sauberes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage bekommen. Zur Ausstattung gehörte eine Sitzgelegenheit, ein Spiegelschrank ein Tisch mit Stuhl, ein Kleiderschrank und sogar einen Kühlschrank. Wenn man den Gang entlang geht kommt man zur Gemeinschaftsterasse mit Sonnenliegen und Blick aufs Meer, wo man Ruhe hat von den Strandverkäufer.
Das Bad ist sehr klein gehalten und erfüllt seinen Zweck. Für 3 Nächte vor dem Abflug war es gerade gut genug.

Cons:

Mein Frühstück ist sehr dürftig ausgefallen. Möglich dass es auch damit zusammenhängt dass nach dem 28.Februar die Touristen wegbleiben und deshalb eine gedrückter Stimmung herrschte.
Auf der Terasse hätte ich mir Auflagen auf den Liegen gewünscht und ein Sonnensegel für etwas Schatten.

Pros:

Amazing location and cool vibe. Cafe nearby is also pretty chill

Cons:

Everything is super used out and very old. Small bed in our room was extremely soft and used out with super loud old AC... Overall this seems to be the problem in many accomodations within this price range in Sri Lanka, while it is not the case in most counties that I've visited in Asia.

Not suitable for a vacation, but a good place to stay for just one night.
Pros:

The hotel is great mainly for its close proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants. That was the highlight for me. Other than that, there’s not much to say, but the location is really convenient.

Cons:

I stayed at this hotel mainly for its location near the beach and restaurants. However, there were quite a few problems. The TV that was supposed to be available wasn’t working. Cleanliness was lacking—nothing was properly maintained, and the bed linens were wrinkled and worn. Even small things like the towels were in poor condition.
Time management and overall organization at the hotel were very poor, though the staff member Rajitha was attentive and tried to help.
I ordered a small portion of rice for 2,500 LKR, but it came with nothing except some chili paste—no sauce or side dishes, just plain rice and a bit of chicken.
Overall, the location is good, but the hotel needs serious improvements in cleanliness, service, and food quality.

Lovely, but crazy music

Pros:

We booked this hotel for a family of 4, we got to the property at around 11.40 pm last night, my driver couldn't even park the van, apart from that there was a huge music festival at the property, we couldn't even stay inside the vehicle, music was really too loud, I don't know how the other guys stayed,
tried calling the property, no answer, so we had to find another hotel near by in the middle of night, after coming 8h from Arugambay.

Terrible experience - would not Recommend
Pros:

The beach and the view

Cons:

The rooms and it's amenities not properly maintained
Very bad smell in all the the rooms as we have booked 3 rooms
Toilets are not clean and not properly maintained
No towels were given in the pool and instructed to use the towel which given in the room (two towels and it's very old)
Pool is not clean
This property is not suitable for families at all,
We have shifted few rooms due to the bad smells, AC issues,toilet issues etc

Pros:

The only thing I liked was the location and the staff were nice...!!!.

Cons:

The services, I booked a day before and when I arrived I had to ask for towels, fridge, soaps and shampoo... And the bathroom was disaster, very dirty, the window doesn't close, toilet bowl was stained or dirty, the soap case at the shower looked like no one cleaned it since decades as a black mold grown on it... Add to that, in the room the ceiling lights don't work, plus one of the plugs has exposed electric wires... Just don't go...!!!.
