I stayed at this hotel mainly for its location near the beach and restaurants. However, there were quite a few problems. The TV that was supposed to be available wasn’t working. Cleanliness was lacking—nothing was properly maintained, and the bed linens were wrinkled and worn. Even small things like the towels were in poor condition.
Time management and overall organization at the hotel were very poor, though the staff member Rajitha was attentive and tried to help.
I ordered a small portion of rice for 2,500 LKR, but it came with nothing except some chili paste—no sauce or side dishes, just plain rice and a bit of chicken.
Overall, the location is good, but the hotel needs serious improvements in cleanliness, service, and food quality.

The rooms and it's amenities not properly maintained
Very bad smell in all the the rooms as we have booked 3 rooms
Toilets are not clean and not properly maintained
No towels were given in the pool and instructed to use the towel which given in the room (two towels and it's very old)
Pool is not clean
This property is not suitable for families at all,
We have shifted few rooms due to the bad smells, AC issues,toilet issues etc

Dirty room and sheets, dirty bathroom, terrible service, dodgy neighbourhood at night, lack of care and no amenities

The services, I booked a day before and when I arrived I had to ask for towels, fridge, soaps and shampoo... And the bathroom was disaster, very dirty, the window doesn't close, toilet bowl was stained or dirty, the soap case at the shower looked like no one cleaned it since decades as a black mold grown on it... Add to that, in the room the ceiling lights don't work, plus one of the plugs has exposed electric wires... Just don't go...!!!.

Staircase not clean

It is filthy! Needed a deep clean.
Blood on bedding
Filthy toilets, light switches, showers, tiles
The shower cubicle and glass on sink had so much limescale you couldn't see through them
Advertised 2 swimming pools - there's one
The sun loungers were too dirty and sun damaged to use and washing hanging across sun terrace.
No free toiletries or TVs in room.
Air conditioning very poor and unreliable

Staff not helpful/ sufficient to handle the property, room was average ,, limited breakfast option, overall not a value for money.

My booking was for 2 triple sea facing rooms , however when we arrived they said those rooms are not available and we were forced to accept other rooms.

Poor lighting and room appearance not very pleasant.
Very poor amenities.
No proper car parking
Extremely uncomfortable sleep. need an entire overhaul on bed, mattresses, bedsheets and pillows.
