Exceptional!!
Pros:

The room and bathroom were amazing, the best we had in all our trip in Mexico. The jacuzzi within the privacy of room was ideal to relax after a full day of walk under the sun. The swimming pool was always clean and the small kitchen was ideal for us. The staff were always very friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Todo muy bien, no recuerdo el nombre de la persona que me recibió, pero muy amable y atento a explicarme todo y cualquier duda o petición siempre muy a disposición de atender

Cons:

Todo perfecto, solo la habitación que me tocó algo humeda, pero comprensible, yo vivo en la zona y entiendo, pero ayuradía algo de ventilación, algo de ruido en la mañana pero se entiendo porque estaba a lado de la recepción

Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito, acogedor y seguro. Ambiente tranquilo y agradable, con un personal, tanto de conserjería como de limpieza muy amables, atentos y serviciales. Muy buena predisposición para brindar información y proporcionar servicios que colaboran con una mejor estancia. La ubicación es inmejorable, cerca de todo lo necesario para el turista. La habitación es cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario y el baño muy completo. Limpieza a diario con cambio de toallas y sabanas.

Cons:

No hubo nada que no nos gustara, sin embargo considero que posen unas instalaciones estupendas en sus zonas comunes que podrían ser mejor cuidadas y puestas en valor para uso de sus huéspedes. La terraza es un espacio hermoso, que se puede disfrutar casi todo el día; esta un poco descuidado y carece de ciertos detalles que le darían al hotel un espacio increíble. El espacio de piscina también es un lugar muy bonito, que podría ser mejor cuidado y agregarle algún tipo de ventilación para que pueda ser mas utilizado. No hubo agua caliente en la ducha en ningún día de nuestra estancia.

Latino Boutique is a beautiful hotel in the downtown area. Some amenities are lacking
Pros:

I liked the room and the hotel's location.

Cons:

There is no fridge, our a/c unit wasn't working properly, and there's no breakfast (even coffee) on site.

Good location, friendly staff
Pros:

Friendly staff and modern hotel with clean rooms. Very attentive, the receptionist offered us a room upgrade and we enjoyed our stay. It's located in the busy part of the town and that can be a downside. Overall would recommend.

Cons:

At night over the weekend you hear the music from the streets. That's the only downside but i guess its all over Tulum the same.

It was a disaster. The receptionist told us that they had no room for us, even though we booked 3 months in advance. He was very rude and not sorry at all.
The hotel seems dirty, the pool is really small.
Nothing like the picture.
Would not recommend it at all.
