Pros:

Está bien la ubicación. Pero.... No tienen estacionamiento, cuando dicen " estacionamiento gratuito en las inmediaciones" se refieren a que NO tienen estacionamiento. De hecho son solo dos cajones de estacionamiento frente a la fachada del hotel y no tienen reja ni nada y si llegas y está ocupado. Entonces solo existe la opción de dejar tu auto estacionamiento en la calle.... Eso si es que encuentras lugar. Y el personal NO ofrece ninguna solución... tampoco hay estacionamientos publicos de pago cerca. Y tengan cuidado pq tampoco respetan la cancelación gratuita. Aunque la culpa sea de ellos por ofrecer un servicio que no dan, sería más honesto que pusieran en la descripción etc que el estacionamiento es para solo dos autos, sin protección. Y que está sujeto a disponibilidad. O que puedes estacionar en la calle. De las habitaciones no puedo opinar pq no pudimos quedarnos ahí. Imposible dejar el carro en la calle con la canastilla del auto con las maletas. Y además no nos reembolsaron el pago. Les falta honestidad en la descripción. Booking debería exigirles ser bien claros en los servicios que ofrecen

1.- Que en realidad No tienen estacionamiento como dicen, y que solo tienen dos cajones de estacionamiento prácticamente en la calle, que ya estaban ocupados . Y que no hay estacionamientos seguros cerca.
Que no ofrecen ninguna solución al problema de la falta de estacionamiento. Y que no respetan lo que prometen por qué NO es gratis la cancelación. Me cobraron la habitación a pesar de que Si me presenté, pero no pudimos quedarnos pq traíamos la canastilla del carro con nuestras maletas. Quien en su sano juicio dejaría su carro en la calle ? Si además no había ni en la calle estacionamiento

The contrast between the two staff members was honestly shocking. The woman in the morning made me feel the warmth and beauty of Mexico, while the woman in the afternoon made me wonder if I had chosen the wrong hostel. A hostel should be a friendly and relaxed place where people feel welcome and happy. Unfortunately, one staff member’s attitude really affected my overall impression of the hostel.

Cons:

I booked this hostel specifically because Booking.com clearly showed that early check-in and late check-out were available. I even messaged the hostel after making my reservation to confirm this, but they never replied.

When I arrived, I was told that there was no such option. I showed them the information on Booking.com, and they said they would ask the owner, but still could not provide what was advertised. I was told that I could stay until 3 PM when I booked, but at the hostel they first told me the latest checkout was 10 AM. After I kept explaining that 3 PM was clearly stated on Booking.com and was one of the reasons I booked this place, they finally offered 11 AM. This was extremely frustrating.
The breakfast situation was also very disappointing. I was originally told that breakfast would be served at another hotel, so I spent quite a lot of time checking the location and planning around it. The next morning, I was suddenly told that the owner had changed the arrangement and breakfast would only be available here. What was provided was extremely basic: bananas, ordinary hot coffee, and the cheapest-looking white bread. Even the bread was not initially available and was brought out later.

Exceptional!!
Pros:

The room and bathroom were amazing, the best we had in all our trip in Mexico. The jacuzzi within the privacy of room was ideal to relax after a full day of walk under the sun. The swimming pool was always clean and the small kitchen was ideal for us. The staff were always very friendly and helpful.

Todo muy bien, no recuerdo el nombre de la persona que me recibió, pero muy amable y atento a explicarme todo y cualquier duda o petición siempre muy a disposición de atender

Todo perfecto, solo la habitación que me tocó algo humeda, pero comprensible, yo vivo en la zona y entiendo, pero ayuradía algo de ventilación, algo de ruido en la mañana pero se entiendo porque estaba a lado de la recepción

Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito, acogedor y seguro. Ambiente tranquilo y agradable, con un personal, tanto de conserjería como de limpieza muy amables, atentos y serviciales. Muy buena predisposición para brindar información y proporcionar servicios que colaboran con una mejor estancia. La ubicación es inmejorable, cerca de todo lo necesario para el turista. La habitación es cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario y el baño muy completo. Limpieza a diario con cambio de toallas y sabanas.

Cons:

No hubo nada que no nos gustara, sin embargo considero que posen unas instalaciones estupendas en sus zonas comunes que podrían ser mejor cuidadas y puestas en valor para uso de sus huéspedes. La terraza es un espacio hermoso, que se puede disfrutar casi todo el día; esta un poco descuidado y carece de ciertos detalles que le darían al hotel un espacio increíble. El espacio de piscina también es un lugar muy bonito, que podría ser mejor cuidado y agregarle algún tipo de ventilación para que pueda ser mas utilizado. No hubo agua caliente en la ducha en ningún día de nuestra estancia.

Latino Boutique is a beautiful hotel in the downtown area. Some amenities are lacking
