残念な点はありますが、改善や試行錯誤を期待してまた伺いたいと思います
Pros:

蓼科が一望できる立地は最高。眺望豊かな高地のリゾートとして、昭和の時代に投資してきた効果は絶大でした。

Cons:

お料理が大変残念でした。こだわりとされている炭火焼は中途半端感が否めず、さらに合わせバイキングも品数が足りず、ビジネスホテル並みのクオリティでした。朝食はアパホテルの方がはるかに良いと感じました。

また、団体客が深夜まで騒げてしまう環境にあることは、宿泊施設として何らかの対策をお願いしたい。

Pros:

4泊しましたが、本当にフロント&食堂&掃除の方もスタッフの方々が優しかったです。
初日以降は、おかえりなさい&いってらっしゃい&お気をつけて等声をかけてくださるし。
あと、施設が古いと低い点数を付けてる方がいますが多分平成以降の生まれの方かな？
我が家は懐かしかったです。
昭和生まれなので、昔家族で行った　中居さんの居る旅館の雰囲気そのものです(笑)
確かに古い部分はあるけども　それもすごく懐かしく、夫と　昔はこんな感じやったねぇと会話が弾みました。

Cons:

近くにコンビニ等が無いので夕食時に間に合わない場合や、連泊する場合はお昼食べれないです。(販売機にカップラーメンとかはあります)

リピートはない。
Pros:

価格の割に部屋が広い。眺め(南アルプス)が良い。

Cons:

夕食が最低。食材が悪く、味付けも最低。スタッフの人数が少なく、常に待たされる。又、個別対応(朝食時刻を早めにを希望)をする気がなく、返答が不親切。露天風呂はロケーションは良いが植え込みによる目隠しが必要。露天風呂の湯船に入る折、滑り易く工夫が必要。

Not worth the price at all full of dust mites and mold.
Pros:

The staff was friendly

Cons:

The building needs some serious renovations. The room smelled like mold and there were dust mites in our room which made our stay very uncomfortable. The complimentary breakfast was not so good as well. Overall the price for this stay was not worth it a all HUGE RIP OFF

Four day break out of Tokyo
Pros:

The hotel was in an excellent location and the staff were extremely helpful. The food was very good and the onsen was great.

Cons:

The pillows were very hard but the staff provided us with extra softer pillows which was very much appreciated. The building is not in the best of condition and could do with a major refurb but we still enjoyed our stay.
