夜半の到着に丁寧に対応してくれたこと
事前にリクエストしたこともﾁｪｯｸｲﾝ時に反映されていて良かった

Cons:

ヴィアインは朝食が楽しみなので、宿泊者にはつけてほしいけど、予約できないことが別のヴィアインでもあったのでちょっと残念

Besser könnte die Lage dieses preiswerten Hotels nicht sein.
Pros:

Sehr zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage unmittelbar am Bahnhof von Okayama sowie dadurch bedingt zahlreiche ÖPNV-Anbindungen. Sauberes und freundlich geführtes Hotel. Sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück mit westlichen und japanischen Komponenten.

位置離岡山車站超近，搭電梯下去就到了，隔音效果也很好，不會聽到外面列車聲音

とても快適でした。
Pros:

自販機のビールが冷えておらず、部屋の冷蔵庫でも冷えず、氷が自販機そばにあることも知らず、フロントに氷をいただけないか相談に！　紙コップではなくビニル袋がいただければと伺うと、フロントマンの方がすぐに準備してくださいました。とても丁寧な対応をしていただきありがたく思いました。
改札口からも近く、夕食の場所もサンステにたくさんあり、とても便利です。
脚が不自由な家族には助かる立地です。
次回もぜひ！

Cons:

今回は14階でした。足が不自由で、しかも喫煙所を利用したい家族が一緒なので、次回宿泊時には6階や7階を希望できればと思いました。
