Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The food quality was poor, with limited variety and meals that often seemed badly prepared and below the standard expected from a hotel of this category. The customer service was equally disappointing, as many staff members appeared uninterested in helping guests, and requests were often handled slowly or not addressed at all. We did not feel welcomed or valued during our stay, which greatly affected our overall experience. While the hotel has potential, the poor food quality and lack of professional customer service make it difficult for us to recommend it. We hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements for future guests

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff was often arrogant, unfriendly, and unprofessional, which made us feel unwelcome throughout our stay. Instead of being helpful and courteous, some employees seemed indifferent to guests’ concerns and requests. The food was another major disappointment. The menu was extremely repetitive, with nearly the same dishes being served every day for two consecutive weeks. The quality of the food was poor, lacking variety and flavor, which made dining at the hotel frustrating. Overall, the combination of rude service and repetitive, low-quality food significantly affected our vacation, and we would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Die Lage ist sensationell, was aber auch einen permanenten Lärmpegel mit sich bringt. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen höflich ubd freundlich und schon seit Jahrzehnten im Haus

Leider sind noch nicht alle Badezimmer renoviert. Und das Essen ist nicht nehr sooooo gut, wie es mal war. Wenig Abwechslung. Aber immer frisch und heiß
