Arkade Hotel am Theater

I booked the hotel because of its decent price and location in the walking distance from the city centre. For one night stay it was good enough. The room was clean, bed comfortable. Just a bath room was a bit tight even for me with the 160 cm height. With the breakfast I was satisfied.

We stayed here just overnight on a longer trip and the hotel matched our expectation. Though the room was small (and the bathroom perhaps too small), it was clean and appropriately equipped. We missed aircon in the hot weather and the opened window caused a bit noise in the room.
The hotel is very well located, close to the city center, limited parking space is available behind the building. We enjoyed the breakfast, partially delivered on demand by the friendly receptionist.

First look, this hotel is nice and clean, but is it just at the corner of a big intersection and that make your night a nightmare, very noisy.
Breakfast ok ,very small bed, small room, you get what you pay for.
I will not stay again, 4 night no sleep, and guess what I'm going in hotel to do what, sleeping.

Heilbronn is a growing town and hotels are not always easy to get. The location is very good as it is close to the city center where you can walk and find places to eat and drink. The staff at the hotel is very nice and most importantly the rooms are very modern and clean. They offer a nice breakfast too. The only negative for me is; the beds are small and there is no AC!

I spent there 3 nights. The bed was good, but my room was next to the street so was very loud. Room was clean. Some of the receptionists was unfriendly. For few nights i can recommended. But not for longer. Hotel was near to the city center. Shop center 500m.

Hotel was very good, when talk about little family hotel. Nice clean room and soft bed. Breakfast tastely and fine. Staff was very friendly. Only miinus: we can' t eat in the hotel - so small, allthough nearby was few restaurants. Little bar was here too.

Went for a consert in Heilbronn Theater and stayed for two nights, just for sleep. Friendly staff, clean and close to the centre. Did not have breakfast so I don't know if it's good, but still recommended.

I only spoke to the receptionist, the same one on check-in and departure. I was neither welcomed, nor thanked on leaving.
The room was perfectly adequate and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean. So clean in fact, that it smelled heavily of starch, which made me uncomfortable.
The bathroom was spotless, good towels. The bathroom window did not close 100% .
The hotel is on a busy junction and the noise from the traffic kept me awake most of the night. For this reason I won't be returning.
The free wifi was ok.

The hotel looks very different as in their website.
Very small rooms and badrooms, dark rooms and without air conditioning.
Unfriendly recepcion. Quality/Price not corresponding. There are other better Hotels in Heilbron for this Price!

The hotel is close to the center with restaurants and shops nearby in walking distance.
It is next to a busy road so you need to be able to deal with that.
Rooms are small but sufficient, too bad no airco and the curtain don't make your room dark.
The breakfast is really good with lots to choose from, including fresh fruit and smoothie.

If you just want to sleep in clean , quiet hotel with good breakfast in Heilbronn and to pay reasonable money choose " HOTEL ARKADE AM THEATER " . The room was not espercially big but for one or a few nights in business just perfect.

Nice, clean hotel. Wifi was not good, but that's ok. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We were there in November so we had no heat issues. For American travelers, it might be a bit hot in the summer, due to no a/c. I stayed there before when I visited heilbronn, and most likely will stay there again.

Wow. The decor is really wacky. Especially for this city. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The shower only functions as a hand held. No way to rig it to spray down, just straight in your face. Breakfast was good and service was as well. Not too far from main shopping/dining area. Definitely walkable.

The rooms are not big, but nice and very modern. breakfast was very nice. and parking is free.The location of the hotel is in the center of the city, so one can walk any where - and get back to the hotel in no time.

The hotel Arkade is split into two - there is the main Hotel Arkade building, and then they also have another apartment style building about 20 - 25 minutes walk away.

I was in the second building, however you check in, in the main building and I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly (even despite me emailing them in German and my translations being very poor).
The room itself was exceptionally clean and perfect for my needs. It had a television with satellite and wifi services.

If I was asked to criticise one aspect of the room it would be the bathroom. The towels you get are hardly sufficient, and the shower head itself one day fell off the bracket on the wall. For 44Euros a night I think this is asking a bit much however all in all a very nice room.
