Otrevliga personal, ingen förståelse för något, vi åkte hela vägen från Sverige i 8 timmar, fick komma sent på kvällen pga mycket trafik, kunde ej kontakta hotellet och jag hade trott att de skulle lämna nycklarna i något skåp ute eller åtminstone skicka instruktioner till sen incheckning som på alla ställe vi har bott i men när vi kom fram då var hotellet stängt vi ringde deras jour nummer då svarar en otrevlig person som sa att han jobbar i Hamburg och kan inte hjälpa oss då vi har inte anmält sen ankomst( förstår ej hur detta hade hjälpt, bokningen finns ju och pengarna är reserverade). Vi var väldigt trötta fick söka ett annat ställe mitt på natten.
Frukost var inte heller ok , väldigt långsamma att fylla på till och med kaffe fick man be om. Kommer absolut inte tillbaka.
Trånga rum. Ej bra ventilation och luktade inte gott.

Die Abreise

Cons:

Personal bei der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich, im Zimmer immer ein Suren von irgendwelche Geräte, sehr warm im Zimmer und die Parkplatz Situation eine voll Katastrophe. Werde das Hotel niemals mehr buchen und auch nicht weiter empfehlen
