A beautiful hotel. The pool area was so relaxing. The food is fantastic, a brilliant selection. The main chef was always so cheerful.
Water was only available until 13:30.
My room was not cleaned at all, other than the bed being made but still lots of sand in the room - floors not swept or mopped.
This hotel offers great accomodation in Playa de Palma area. It is in a quiet neighborhood, away from evening crowds. It is new/renovated and facilites are quiet good - gym, lobby bar, very nice area for breakfast. We didn't use the pool.
The rooms were big. The bathroom is new and is maintained well, it is clean. The beds were ok, but could be more comfy. There was enough place to keep clothes and things. The AC didn't work very well in the beginning but we were told that it was due to weeather being very hot, and it takes a bit of time to cool the room, but then it is ok.
The breakfast is actually a brunch and lasts until 13.30h with lunch food being served at some point.
The breakfast, although it offers a great variety of food, many of the things are not of a good quality - hams, cheeses. Scrabled eggs were once day prepared wiht some cheese and didn't taste very nice, fried eggs are fried too much. The coffee is awful, we just couldnt drink it.
Room towels are poor, they get completely wet after one bath. They could be better.

The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The atmosphere is peaceful and elegant, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring the beauty of Mallorca.
The location was also wonderful – convenient for discovering the island, while still offering a calm and pleasant place to return to at the end of the day.
This was one of the most beautiful holidays I have ever had. I leave with many wonderful memories and a sincere wish to come back again. Thank you for creating such a special experience! ❤️

The hotel had a chilled trendy vibe. Reception was spotless and staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the brunch where you could eat what you wanted between 8.30 and 1.30 - great idea for an adults only hotel
Beds were a bit hard for me but that’s a personal choice

Der Aufenthalts und Poolbereich war schön
Die Zimmer und die Aussicht waren eine absolute Frechheit die Zimmer waren trocken und lieblos eingerichtet auf den Bildern sieht es zwar nett aus aber in der Realität ist das Catfisch. Dazu kommt das die Betten absolut schlimm waren Stein hart und in den Zimmern war es extrem stickig. Auf dem Balkon hatte man Sicht auf ein verdrecktes Gebäude von gegenüber und die Leute in dem Gebäude haben rüber geschrieben und weiteres also ein absolut unangenehmes Erlebnis hatte für mich nichts mit Urlaub zutun.
Ich war jetzt zum siebten oder achten Mal da. Ich kenne es noch als Venus Playa. Sehr zu empfehlen wenn man Mal bisschen Ruhe haben möchte.
Mir fehlt die Bar von früher.
An dieser Stelle möchte ich mich herzlich bedanken beim Küchenchef Ich habe selten einen so zuvorkommenden Küchenchef gesehen. Man hat richtig gemerkt, er liebt, was er macht und das hat man auch geschmeckt.
