Agréablement surprise. Je reviendrai sans hésité.
Pros:

L’hôtel sentait agréablement bon.
À 5 min de la plage et des restaurants.
Le brunch à volonté est très bon. Il y a un large choix. La literie est très bien.

Cons:

Les chambres sont un peu mal insonorisé. On entendait quand celui du dessus prenez une douche

Perfect Spot
Pros:

Absolutely everything. Brilliant hotel with great facilities and service. Its only 5 min walk to the beach, bus services to the Palma center run every 15-20 min. Airport bus also goes to the hotel main street, every hour.
Food selection was amazing with something new every day, there was something for everyone's taste and enough not to be eating the same food every morning.
Wish to also say that the staff was absolutely outstanding, multilingual- from the reception to the housekeeping, very kind and helpful with any questions/ requests we had, customer service at the highest level!
Would love to return again and stay longer.

Svělé místo, úžasné ubytování a milý personál.
Pros:

Skvělé snídaně, které se podávaly až do 13 hod. Vybere si určitě každý. Personál úžasný. Úklid a čisté osušky každý den. Opravdu vřele doporučuji.

Cons:

Jediná výtka jsou polštáře a peřiny. Na polštáři se nedá spát a peřina není povlečená a dost tenká. Jelikož jsme byli ubytováni v březnu, byla mi v noci dost zima.

Moderni hotelli, jossa yhdistyy hostellin sosiaalisuus mutta hotellin yksityisyys
Pros:

Moderni, hauska ja yhdistyy tietyllä tapaa hostellielämä ja hotelli. Hostellielämä sosiaalisten tilojen vuoksi, hotelli tietenkin yksityisyys. Brunssi on uskomaton! Paljon matkustelevana ja eri tasoisissa hotelleissa majoittuvana täytyy sanoa että tämä oli yksi parhaista aamiaisista mitä olen hotellissa saanut 2020-luvulla! Respan Hector oli myös mahtava ja avulias, sekä hänellä oli hyvä pelisilmä tilanteille. Kuntosalilla on muutama laite, mutta ne oli uusia. Hinta-laatusuhde hotellilla ainakin näin off-seasonina erittäin jees ainakin yksin matkustavalle ja Mallorcalle budjettimatkalle tulevalle! Tulen uudestaan.

Cons:

Seinät saattavat olla liian ohuet huonosti nukkuvalle ja sänky saattaa natista, mutta ne ei itseäni pahemmin haitanneet. Nämä on niitä piirteitä missä viittaisin hostellimaisuuteen.

Doskonały hotel z fantastyczną obsługą, pysznym jedzeniem i świetną lokalizacją tuż przy morzu.
Pros:

Obsługa hotelu fantastyczna! Natychmiastowo reagowała na każdą prośbę czy zgłoszone uwagi. Czuliśmy się naprawdę dobrze zaopiekowani. Śniadania pyszne, każdego dnia lekko urozmaicone. Świeżo wyciskane soki i lokalne specjały.

Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji. Niedaleko lotniska, kilka kroków od morza czy przystanków komunikacji miejskiej. Czyściutko i świeżo. Jesteśmy pozytywnie zaskoczeni i na pewno wrócimy :)

Cons:

Jedynym drobnym detalem, który warto poprawić, byłoby wyposażenie pokoi w mały czajnik elektryczny.

Alles in allem ein schöner Kurzurlaub in einem tollen Hotel. Die Lage ist auch herausragend. Wir würden wieder kommen.
Pros:

Tolles Buffet und schöne Zimmer. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Alle Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Betten. Beim reinlegen und aufstehen hat es laute Geräusche gemacht und die Matratzen fühlten sich durchgelegen an.

Beautiful stay at Copaiba!
Pros:

The property is very clean, the beds are comfortable and neat. It is located in a good, central location and very close to the airport & the beach. The staff are very nice and helpful and the food was amazing. Everything was a 10/10 and I highly recommend this place. Big thumbs up to the ladies at the reception as well, they were just lovely!🥰

good but some ameliorations could be done
Pros:

The hotel is nice, new and the location is good, not far from the beach. nice swimming pool . the breakfast/brunch is wide and good quality .the staff is extremely friendly .
the place is clean, not overcrowded, very nice swimming pool and terrace . the beach is 500 m away .

Cons:

no small fridge in the rooms .
the bathroom was not cleaned once in 9 days ( floor!!)
music at the swimming pool sometimes too loud
bed matras and pillows are too soft
the insonorisation from the hall is really bad so you wake up a lot ....

Pros:

Frühstück war super. Pluspunkt: man konnte bis 13 Uhr brunchen. Personal war sehr nett. Anlage war sauber und das Hotel schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Die Betten waren sehr unbequem. Kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Zimmer war sehr hellhörig.
