Welcoming, clean, comfortable & warm.
Pros:

Spacious 2 bed 2 bath 3 balconies bright and warm very clean. Didn’t expect it to be cleaned every day as apartment so that was a bonus! Pool lovely and shuttle was fabulous. Manager and Slavi were so helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

The walk at night to town was a bit off road in the dark so need a torch! Better road surface would benefit the curbside appeal of the hotel and a clear up in the surrounding area to the hotel to make views more pleasant.

Хубав хотел, но базата е остаряла. Имат голям вътрешен басейн (който НЕ се отоплява) и малко SPA

Cons:

Голям басейн който не се отоплява.. не става за зимата с деца. Изхранването е горе долу за закуска , но не и за вечеря (HB).

Overall a great place to stay for a long weekend of skiing, comfortable and great location
Pros:

All the staff were very helpful, a really good team who were available, and happy to chat and provide us with whatever we asked. The location was great, very close to the gondola and plenty of good restaurants, a supermarket, shops, ski rental etc. very close by. Also close enough to the old town for us to wander out in the evening. There was plenty of variety in the breakfast. Overall great value for money.

Cons:

The sauna didn't seem to be working when we were there, it was fine as I wasn't really bothered and the steam room was functioning well. It would have been nice for the spa / pool to open a bit earlier, however the staff, very helpfully, offered to open the spa early, though wasn't possible for the pool.

Топло, приятно и вкусна храна
Pros:

Местоположението на хотела е много добро. Беше топло, дори имаше и подово отопление в стаята. Бяхме в апартамент с 1 спалня и беше просторно. Храната беше вкусна и разнообразна. На рецепция ни посрещна много любезно момче, което ни обясни всичко подробно. Като цяло, персоналът е много учтив и отзивчив.

Cons:

Басейнът ни разочарова, защото беше студен, а ние бяхме с малки деца и не можехме да го използваме. Детският кът също може малко да се подобри.

מלון טוב לחופשת סקי משפחתית בבנסקו
Pros:

צוות המלון מאוד עוזר והאריכו לנו את השהייה במחיר טוב. יש בריכה וסאונות טובות, הג'קוזי קצת גמגם עד שהפסיק,לעבוד.
חוץ מזה הכל טוב חדרים גדולים ושקטים.

הכביש בדרך למלון עדין לא סלול.

Pros:

La posizione molto vicina alle piste da sci. I servizi all'interno dell'hotel e il rapporto qualità prezzo. Il personale parlava inglese e questo a Bansko non è scontato. La stanza era spaziosa.

Cons:

Si potevano migliorare tante cose. Mancano le prese della corrente nel bagno ed uno specchio nella stanza. La stanza la notte era fredda perchè le finestre lasciano entrare il freddo dall'esterno (chiudete le tende per non far entrare il freddo). I cuscini erano troppo morbidi ed erano solamente 3 in una stanza con due persone all'interno. L'acqua della piscina interna non era abbastanza calda. Colazione con poca scelta.

Pros:

Είναι σε καλή τοποθεσία. Το προσωπικό είναι φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό. Μας άρεσε που το δωμάτιο ήταν διαθέσιμο από πολύ νωρίς. Το παραλάβαμε στις 10:30 αντι για τις 2 που ήταν το αναμενόμενο. Επίσης το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο και άνετο. Η μετακίνηση από το ξενοδοχείο στην γόνδολα με το βανακι ήταν πολύ τακτική ο δε οδηγός εξαιρετικά πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει. Το φαγητό ήταν ικανοποιητικό και αρκετά νόστιμο.
Γενικά η διαμονή ήταν ικανοποιητική και μέσα στις προσδοκίες μας. Σίγουρα το συστήνουμε.

Cons:

Θα θέλαμε τα έπιπλα στο δωμάτιο να είναι καλύτερα και πιο σύγχρονα. Νομίζω οτι χρειάζεται μια μικρή ανακαίνιση. Επίσης στον μπουφέ θα ήθελα λίγο μεγαλύτερη ποικιλία.
