Poor internet connection
Персонал украл 500 долларов. Я не заказывал клининг все 4 дня которые там был, ктото пока меня не было в номере залез, облазил вещи и вытащил с паспорта 500 долларов, сделал очень грамотно, не тронув другую валюту которая там была вместе с долларами (можно было не заметить что вытянули). После когда я попросил вызвать полицию, персонал всякими способами попытался зайти в комнату, пытались они это сделать чтобы подбросить деньги куда-нибудь за шкаф.
Человек полазил везде со свои приложением (хахахаах) и подкинул деньги которые никогда не доставались из паспорта за холодильник, при этом подкинул сначала 400 долларов, сказав что все. А через 20 минут нашел еще 100 долларов.
На фото где он нашел деньги, которые никогда не доставались из пакета с паспортом.
Весь персонал от администратора до уборщиков в сговоре, это явно отработанная схема в этом отели и делают они так часто.

Good location, far enough away from the centre you avoid the crowds yet it's still close enough to walk. Better room than is expected for the price and friendly staff.

The room was exceptional, and the one I stayed in had the best location at the end of the row on the first floor. It had a view of the garden and the pool from the balcony. The room was big, clean and very comfortable. It had a good workspace with a power point, which was handy. The pool was nice, but I didn't use it as I was out most days. The breakfast was simple. The WIFI was fast. It is a lovely compound, quiet and away from the busy centre, but only a ten-minute walk away. There are some great restaurants on the same street. They provide filtered water and a great tea station in the room, including a big jug to bring filtered water up from the restaurant. The staff are lovely! They always said hi and asked about my day. I felt very comfortable and safe staying there alone.
The breakfast wasn't great for gluten-free options, and it wasn't as healthy as I'd like. It was fine for the few mornings I did eat there. A couple of times, my balcony door wasn't locked after housekeeping had been in. I mentioned this to the staff, and it was rectified. They were very apologetic.
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Bali. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was perfect, close to many attractions while still being calm and peaceful.
