スタッフの言葉遣いが上から目線。
廊下、風呂近辺で従業員同士のおしゃべりが下品。
バイキングの料理も市中の弁当屋さん程度は如何なものか
温泉物語と言う割には大浴場、サウナ、露天風呂だけですか？しかも露天風呂は別の場所、サウナは水風呂もない　がっかりでした

ご飯は美味しい！
Pros:

とても大きい施設でした。ただ、夜ご飯のバイキング時明らかスタッフさんの姿は少ないし、セルフ形式なのでくつろげませんでした。
飲み放題をつけたかったのに、説明を求めても答えはもらえず。一杯ずつ有料で購入しました。お食事は美味しかったです。

部屋の中は清掃がされていない、エアコンの吹き出し口はほこりで真っ白、天井には蜘蛛の巣他にも、とにかく息もしたくない程汚い。寝られませんでした、こんな部屋に宿泊させる所があるのか。

お部屋からの眺め最高！

ですが６名一室のお部屋が狭く、布団を敷くとギチギチでした。
敷くためにはテーブルを移動しないといけなくて、少し大変でした。

夕食のビュッフェはまあまあ
朝食が海鮮丼や美味しい焼きたてフレンチトーストがあって豪華に感じました。

温泉気持ちよかったです！

家族連れには良いかも。
食事は、自由席のバイキング方式、量はあるが、質はイマイチ。食堂が混雑して、列ばないといけないモノがあり、冷めてしまう。温泉は室内と露天風呂が別場所。部屋からの眺めは、川が見えてよかった。全体的に雑多な印象でした。駐車場が遠いので、送迎はあるが、車に忘れ物すると、大変です。
