部屋はわりと広く、シングルルームのベッドは高さが低いがセミダブルサイズでベッドの上でくつろげる。マットレスは固め。立地はよく、徒歩圏内に新幹線の駅、居酒屋、レストラン、コンビニがある。

クローゼットが薄っぺらで、あまり服が入らない。スーツケースを乗せる台がない。
部屋にはコーヒーはなく、緑茶のティーバッグ一個だけ。
ベッドから電気のスイッチが遠い。
