10 saatlik yol sonrası çok yorgun olduğumuz söylememize rağmen odalarının dolu olduğu yalanı ile bizi 12:00 den 14:00 e kadar oyaladılar. Lobide uykusuzluktan başımızın önüne düştüğünü ve yorgunluğumuzu görmelerine rağmen inatlarından vazgeçmediler. Bir çay veya su bile ikram etmeyi düşünmeyen oteldir. Dünyanın hiç bir yerinde böyle bir şey görmedim yaşamadım. Bizi bekletip oyalarlarken bizden 1 saat sonra gelen müşterileri ile görüşüp odaları gezidirip anlaşmaya vardılar.
Bookingten rezervasyon yapmak suçumuz du sanırım.

Cons:

Въпреки, че платих за стая с климатик, такъв нямаше. Как е възможно хотел с 4 звезди да предлага стая без климатик? СПА центърът на практика не работи-парната баня беше студена, водата в басейна и джакузито-също. Само на един от прозорците имаше комарник.
