Момичетата на рецепция и спа рецепция са изключително любезни и търпеливи.Хотелът блести от чистота!
Особено добро впечатление ми направиха момчетата, които отговарят за паркинга, макар тяхната работа да остава леко незабелязана, всъщност са в огромна помощ, особено във Велико Търново.

Много добър престой в реновирана стая
Pros:

Реновирана, просторна и много удобна единична стая, много добра чистота и отлично разположение.

Cons:

Закуската е семпла и не е особено разнообразна. Завесите в стаята не покриват добре прозорците, което ме притеснява, тъй като имам чувствителни очи и светлината ми пречи, особено в неделен ден, когато мога да си позволя да спя до по-късно.

Size of the appointment was very good.

Cons:

Very outdated need refreshing and the apartment we stayed smelled of old, need complete refresher or not sure if it was from the carpets (dirty).

Много добре прекарано време.
Pros:

Хотела е топъл, локацията е много удобна. Стаята беше голяма и чсиста. Спа центъра приятен. Препоръчвам масажите. Храната също беше вкусна.

Pros:

Закуската е много добра. Има всичко необходимо и храната е добра. Местоположените е страхотно, единствения недостатък е, че има натоварен път и влакова линия и е шумно в апартамента , който бяхме и гледаше в задната част към Царевец, но пък гледката е страхотна.

Cons:

Всичко като цяло е перфектно. Просто цената ни се стори много висока за нашият престой за нощувка само със закуска.
