Pros:

Нямам особени впечатления.

Cons:

Малко организацията куца, искам да паркирам идва един и ми вика “това и това място, не, запазено” ама чакай бе аз съм с малко дете и няма да мъкна дете и багаж щото така в решил някой и да съм ходил на някъв далечен паркинг. Абсурдно е!

Pros:

Хотелът е на много комуникативно място, в самият център срещу САМОВОДСКАТА чаршия.Стаите са много големи и чисти.Изключително любезен персонал,винаги готов да помогне.От ресторанта се разкрива прекрасна гледка към реката и Царевец.Добра закуска.

Am refuzat sederea. :-(
Pros:

A fost o mare dezamagire. Statusem la acest hotel in urma cu 10-11 ani si avusesem un sejur placut, dar s-a degradat mult.

Cons:

Am ajuns acolo in drum spre Grecia, pentru o noapte. Apartamentul miroasea urat, a umezeala, a neaerisit, totul era prea vechi. In baie mirosea cel mai rau, nu a canalizare, dar miros foarte intens de aer inchis, simteai ca nu puteai respira.

Nu era murdar, era vechi si neaerisit si un miros de parca lasasera lucrurile umede in apartament si inchisesera toate geamurile si usile. :-(

Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

The WiFi was horrible. It was difficult connecting, it always disconnected and when we had it for a few minutes, it was weak.
The rooms smelled of a strong clean that made me gag.
The restaurant had a nice balcony, but you could go and eat breakfast on it! But the staff could smoke on it?!
We asked for a quiet room and got one with street traffic on both sides.
Worst stay in Bulgaria. Lots of other places with good views and location.

Pros:

Suprafața camerelor generoasă.

Cons:

Camera in care am fost cazați a avut un miros iute, greu de suportat.
Nu ne-am dat seama de la ce, poate de la mochetă.
Am lăsat geamul deschis 24 din 24 și în 4 zile nu s-a simțit nicio ameliorare.
Micul dejun același in fiecare zi.

Güzel ve temiz otel

Cons:

10 saatlik yol sonrası çok yorgun olduğumuz söylememize rağmen odalarının dolu olduğu yalanı ile bizi 12:00 den 14:00 e kadar oyaladılar. Lobide uykusuzluktan başımızın önüne düştüğünü ve yorgunluğumuzu görmelerine rağmen inatlarından vazgeçmediler. Bir çay veya su bile ikram etmeyi düşünmeyen oteldir. Dünyanın hiç bir yerinde böyle bir şey görmedim yaşamadım. Bizi bekletip oyalarlarken bizden 1 saat sonra gelen müşterileri ile görüşüp odaları gezidirip anlaşmaya vardılar.
Bookingten rezervasyon yapmak suçumuz du sanırım.
