Pros:

Хотелският комплекс разполага с всичко необходимо за един приятен престой. Персоналът беше много учтив и любезен. Спа услугите, които предлага хотела надминаха очакванията ни. Чистота, уют и комфорт. Закуската беше разнообразна и вкусна. Ще посетим отново това прекрасно място.

Чудесен хотел.
Pros:

Хотелът има чудесно местоположение. Гледката към Царевец е удивителна. Стаите са чисти, удобни и обзаведени с вкус, както и целия хотел.

Cons:

По-добре щеше да бъде ако можех да си избера стая с гледка към Царевец.

Единствено ни хареса местоположението. Има много хотели в района, не смятам, че е екстра.

Cons:

Прашно, старо, ужасна натрапчива миризма в апартамента, която не изчезва и при денонощно проветряване. За да се изкъпеш трябва да прекрачиш висока вана, да влезеш в нея. За деца или възрастни хора, неприемливо, опасно! Закуската, всеки ден едно и също, скучно, няма избор. За пушачите няма обособено място, освен пред хотела, като изгонен, или на терасата на ресторанта, където ти досажда сервитьор, но вечер опцията е само пред хотела. Останах в заблуда, че към апартамента, който резервирам има тераса, а те са имали предвид, общата тераса на ресторанта. Не пожелаха да ни преместят. В спа-то, хладна вода в басейна, в джакузито същата вода. В парната баня нямаше пара, беше студена. В общи линии, няма да се върнем и няма да препоръчам.
