Cons:

Camere fără balcon . La etajul 4 , unde am fost cazați , se auzea totul de la vecini ( am avut vecini doi vârstnici care la 6 dimineața îi apuca vorba și se auzea tot )

The place to stay in Veliko Tarnovo
Pros:

Everything was fine. This is hotel where everybody puts client first. From the receptionist to the waiter everything is how it should be. The location is top-spot. If you want to visit Veliko Tarnovo, this is the place to be.

We could find better . Not a 4 star hotel standing
Pros:

The bedding is very good. The spacious rooms. Perfect cleanliness.

Cons:

The hotel is poorly isolated in the rooms we hear the neighbors talking.

Car traffic on each side of the hotel is intense and noisy. The windows insulate little.

The worst was the breakfast. I chose the hotel for the view and its incredible terrace. Astonishment: the staff prevents us from going there for breakfast! There were 10 people in the room for 3 waiters.

In addition, the breakfast was of very poor quality for a 4-star hotel with little choice.

A box of tissues, tea/coffee and bottles of water included are missing in the room.

Micul dejun putea fi mai diversificat
La SPA apa din jacuzzi trebuia sa fie mai calda cat si temperatura din tot spa.ul, era cam frig pe holuri cand ieseai ud din piscina sau saune .
La sauna uscata ar fi fost mai placut daca ar fi fost esente disponibile
