Pros:

Das Personal war ausserordentlich nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Hotelpolitik ist eine Unverschämtheit.
Das Hotel wirbt mit "obere Stockwerke über Aufzug erreichbar", "Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung, Reservierung nicht notwendig"
Wenn man jedoch später als 23 Uhr ankommt, bekommt man einen Code für den Schlüsselkasten, der die Tür zum Treppenhaus öffnet, alle anderen Faszilitäten sind nicht zugänglich.
Sowohl die Aufzüge wie auch die Tiefgarage werden zwischen 23 und 06 Uhr gesperrt. Es gibt kein Nachtpersonal, keinen Notruf.
Das Treppenhaus ist oberhalb des Erdgeschosses nicht mit einem Notfallsystem ausgestattet.
Menschen, die gesundheitlich auf einen Aufzug angewiesen sind, werden von diesem Hotelmanagement durch die unvollständigen Angaben auf den online Buchungsseiten in die Irre geführt und schlimmstenfalls gefährdet.
Unter den Richtlinien findet man einen ausführlichen Bericht, warum und was das Hotel wegen der Covid Pandemie veranlasst hat. Bis hin zum Wegfall des Shuttle Service (sehr detailliert), aber kein Wort über die Sperrung von Aufzügen und Tiefgarage während der Nacht. Da ist der Text plötzlich ganz vage und spricht allgemein nur von "Service".

Ich empfehle das Hotel. Sehr hilfsbereite Damen an der Rezeption
Pros:

Ich hatte kein Frühstück.
Die Lage war sehr gut und angenehm vom Bahnhof zu erreichen

Cons:

Im Bad hat es etwas modrig gerochen. Personal hat sich gleich darum gekümmert

Pros:

Místo, je to celkem blízko do centra. Fajn byla také snídaně, kterou bylo možné si vychutnat na hezké zahrádce.

Cons:

Měli jsme smůlu, že jsme dostali pokoj v nejvyšším patře a navíc obrácený směrem k nádraží a nad rušnou ulicí. Smůla bylo i to, že bylo horké počasí, hotel totiž nemá klimatizaci a bylo nutné mít alespoň jedno okno otevřené. I tak bylo na pokoji nesnesitelné vedro a dusno. A ten hluk! Nicméně proti tomu by nepomohlo ani zavřít okna, protože již mají svá nejlepší léta za sebou a rozhodně zvuk dobře neizolují. Dále bych ještě okomentovala čistotu. Telefon byl odporně opatlaný a evidentně ho uklízečka neutřela. Za to utřela televizi, ale patrně hadrem na boty, protože tam byly špinavé čmouhy. Sklenice se sice pokusila umýt, ale od jaru je moc nevypláchla, takže nalitá minerálka od saponátu pěkně pěnila a nebylo radno ji vypít.

Pros:

Das Preis-und Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut ! Vor allem die zentrale Lage ! Man ist in ca.15 Minuten in der Stadt ! Wir waren das 2.Mal im Hotel und werden sicherlich beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Regensburg das Hotel wieder buchen !

Cons:

Das Zimmer, eine Juniorsuite war zur Straßenseite und durch den lauten Straßen-und Eisenbahnverkehr konnte man nachts kein Fenster öffnen !

Frühstück und Personal gut. Duschen kaum möglich.
Cons:

Der Einstieg in die Badewanne ist zum duschen zu hoch . Wie soll eine ältere oder behinderte Person dieses Hindernis überwinden? Ausserdem kann man die Brause nicht einhängen und muss die ganze die Brause in der Hand halten.
