El personal solo habla italiano porque todos los huéspedes lo son.
No sé cómo tiene calificación 4 estrellas pues ni las instalaciones, habitaciones ni la comida son de calidad.
Pensado para italianos, todos los días pasta y pizza de mala calidad.
Ni un producto de la tierra.

Struttura con spazi limitati in piscina e per attività sportive. Accesso alla spiaggia con camminata piuttosto lunga e non particolarmente piacevole a causa della presenza di riserva naturale. Cucina con show cooking buona. Pulizia e servizio buoni.

Um 4 estrelas a roçar as 2 estrelas.

Apenas de alguns elementos da animação.

Cons:

Sem toalhas trocadas diariamente. Sustentabilidade não implica ser sinónimo de falta de higiene. Se quiseres tens de pagar toalhas limpas. Senão aguentas 2 dias com as mesmas. Com o calor da região as camas eram mudadas só ao fim de 4 dias.
O responsável, o metre, sr Cristiano era mal encarado, sempre mal educado com comportamentos inqualificáveis como o bater de portas, discutir com os funcionários à frente dos clientes. Desligava as luzes antes de terminar os horários do pequeno almoço. Para não falar da forma como se veste. O hotel não é para todos os turistas e sim para apenas italianos. Quase não falam outra língua. Cortina da casa de banho com nódoas. O tudo incluído afinal não é tudo. Temos de pagar algumas bebidas não há café no final do almoço e jantar - para isso temos de ir ao bar. Os lanches eram batata frita e pouco mais. Local para não voltar nem aconselhar.

Habitación estaba bien, con todo necesario y es grande. Hay bus para la playa o se puede ir andando unos 20 minutos por las zonas bonitas. La piscina es muy grande y siempre hay sitios libres.

Cons:

Todos hablan italiano, antes de reservarlo no sabia que es un hotel especial para el turismo italiano con muchos niños. Cuando leí comentarios sobre el gallo que está cada mañana cantante, no pensaba que dura tanto su canto, empieza desde las 6 de la mañana y hasta las 10, se escucha mucho y no deja dormir. En las plantas bajas hay muy poca privacidad, todos niños corren por tu terraza. El buffet es una locura, la gente lleva la comida y bebida para comer después. Trabajo también en hotel y en ningún sitio vi esto. Teníamos desayuno u cena incluido, pero fuimos a ver una vez la cena y decidimos comer fuera. El personal de cocina y restaurante son los mejores que hay en hotel. Si no tienes niños no te recomiendo ir a ese hotel. Sinceramente, no volvería más.

Overall pleasant experience
Pros:

Thanks to Mario who made our trip worth our while always a kind word and full of positive energy, the all inclusive buffet was good - the deserts were just a bit industrial but the mains were delicious, the hotel room was ok and clean.
I’d advise to rent a car if you want to lake the most of the island, not too expensive and parking is easy

Tranquilo,pero no tanto!
Pros:

En general está muy bien, tranquilo aunque la música por la noche demasiado fuerte, no todos quieren escuchar, estábamos alojados al final del complejo y molestaba mucho durante varias horas.
