Mucho triste y amargada
Pros:

Gostei muito da Adela é muito simpatica , muito boa senhora , gostei da piscina

Não gostei nada do empregado da recepção, foi muito mal educado para mim , até lhe pedi para chamar um taxi para vir para o aeroporto e nem isso ele fez , tive que sair do Bungalows e vir para a estrada esperar que passa se um taxi ,,, esperei mais de 60 minutos para passar um táxi , com muito calor ,, cheia de hambre pois tinha feito comida e atirei na vassoura porque ele na vespera dia 17 disse me que eu tinha de dejar o bungalow ao medio dia y yo tenia hecho comida para no dia 18 comer ,,, el no dejo entonces tive de atira la na vassoura ,,,, jamas em mi vida voy para los bungalows playamar y mi hijo también soy una buena cliente de los bungalows yo y mi hijo vamos siempre 2 veces el ano siempre por 2 semanas ,,, pero lo pido por favor que este mi inquerito llegue a las manos de D Fernando Saudaçoes Deolinda e Valter Funchal Madeira

Todo perfecto!
Pros:

Complejo de bungalows muy tranquilo, con una piscina adecuada para la cantidad de huéspedes.
Situado cerca de todo. Con aire acondicionado en las dos plantas. Nos dejaron hacer el checkin antes de tiempo.

Cons:

Lo único que no nos gustó por decir algo es que eran 2 camas individuales en lugar de una cama de matrimonio.

The location is perfect and the balcony as well.

Cons:

Since the arrival, no check in, waiting like idiots outside and no one was picking up the phone. After 30 minutes, we got keys. After 9 days, no check in, no check out. Like we were never there. Interesting experience.
Place was OK but the beds in the bedroom? Wtf is that? How can anyone sleep on this? Squeaking, moving and way too soft. It was a room for a couple, two separate beds? This was a literal nightmare...

Die Freundlichkeit und Service beim Personal. Die gute Lage. Viel Platz im Appartement und saubere Zimmer 🙂 und die Klimaanlage war top!

Cons:

An der Lobby war trotz der Öffnungszeiten nicht immer jemand anwesend. (Ein Whirlpool wäre schön gewesen.) Das der Safe extra Geld gekostet hat.

Endroit toujours sympathique MAIS...
Pros:

Je connais cet établissement depuis 4 ans. J'ai toujours été satisfaite des prestations, de l'emplacement, du calme de l'endroit.

Cons:

Cette année grosse déception sur l'emplacement de notre appartement qui était côté jardin ( 27) alors que j'avais envoyé plusieurs mails pour préciser vue piscine.
Ce côté est très bruyant car on a les nuisances de l'hôtel RIU ( ventilation toute la nuit...).

Dommage que la fidélisation des clients ne soit pas prise en compte.
J'hésiterai peut être à revenir et je le regrette.

Ok but won’t be returning for the above reasons

Location good

Cons:

Heavily populated with Germans , some pleasant, some less so , first few days quiet, then the issue was sun beds reserved, umbrellas taken , towels placed so others couldn’t use,so no chance to enjoy the pool when it was so hot. TV not working on English channels, fine on others, nobody around that could help as it was after 7pm. No cereal bowls a minor really but it would have been helpful to have some to use at breakfast.
