Die Lage, die Sauberkeit, gepflegte Anlage, sehr schöner Pool...

Cons:

Leider konnte man das all abendliche Unterhaltungsprogramm des Nachbarhotels (Riu Palmeras) zu laut miterleben , auch dessen Belüftunganlagen waren sehr präsent!

Excellent budget property with nice pool area, near the promenade.
Pros:

Excellent location just a few hundred yards from the promenade at Maspalomas. Nice grounds, well kept. Lovely pool area too.

The furniture and fittings are a bit tired and dated.

Der beheizte Pool Sowie die Größe des Pools

Cons:

Die Lage des Bungalows und die Aufteilung. Das sehr kleine Schlafzimmer. In Summe schon alles ziemlich alt sowie ungemütlich. Darüber hinaus hatten wir die Terrasse Richtung einer Mauer. Wir hatten einen Blick auf alte Kühlschränke, die scheinbar ausgetauscht wurden.

The room smelt unclean. Bedding smelt of damp.

Reception refused to return our safe deposit box refund, because our departure time the next day was before the reception opened.
