Worst hotel experience ever.

The location is good.

reception is extreamly unprofessional and rude and offensive. (Possibly racist given how she treated me compared how she treated others guests, despite the fact that i addressed my concerns in a calm and polite way). refused room cleaning service and says apparently room is cleaned every 3 days. in our stay of 8 nights we had one day of cleaning after requesting over and over. had to get into a whole argument to get more toilet paper and stated that its their policy that on toilet paper roll per day and no more. when asked for fresh towels they said its their policy that they only give fresh towels ever 4 days. when I said I will take it up with the website, the receptionist knocked on the door and pushed me and shoved me aside to barge in the room without my permission and took pictures of me and the room and called my clothes and other luggage a "disaster". she grossly violated my privacy and what she did is illegal. I got scamed here.

Хотелчето е разположено на удобно и близо до централната част на града място. Обслужването е добро, персоналът е приветлив. Стаите, както и самото място са малко тъмни, но това не е от съществено значение.

MOLTO PULITO e ACCOGLIENTE, LA STRUTTURA SI TROVA PROPRIO AL CENTRO DELLA CITTÀ.

Cons:

La receptionist ci ha subito informato che il pos non funziona (cpita tutte le volte che andiamo) chiedono pagamento cash , sempre.
Avevo soldi cash e circa 10 lev a monete.
La signorina non ha voluto i soldi , mi ha fatto pagare tramite il pos.
Ho trovato questo modo di fare veramente tanto scortese.

Pros:

İlk girişte bizi karşılayan hanımefendi çok yardımcı oldu. Hatta Bulgaristan'ın Park problemi yüzünden bizimle Park makinasına kadar eşlik edip bize fiş bile aldı. Çok yardım sever bir hanimefendiydi.
