Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich.

Расположение было хорошим, 5–10 минут на автобусе или трамвае до центра. Завтрак был очень хорошим.
Номера были чистыми.
Персонал был очень отзывчивым: нам помогли купить билеты на автобус до аэропорта и забронировать недорогие экскурсии. ❤️🥰

Fantastic stay and exceptional value!
Pros:

Great location within walking distance of the city centre and close to both the Augustiner Biergarten and Braustuben. The room was comfortable and lovely breakfast each morning. Overall great value for money. A huge thank you to the friendly and super helpful staff!

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

The place is super close to transportation like two minutes away from the tram, very quiet area, rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated, clean! And the staff are really nice ; Josephina is wonderful , what an amazing human being she is, she helped me with my luggage and tended to every need no matter how small, always smiling and simply elegant! Danke schön Josephina!

Cons:

The pillows are so weird, it is like they cut up a duvet and divided it into pillows, you have to stack several to get a decent pillow , i booked a triple room , the sofa bed is super uncomfortable, while the original beds are soft and very comfortable, that wasnt what i expected at all!
