Pros:

Overall, I am satisfied with the facilities and rooms provided. The receptionist's service is also good. It is easy to find the location and if you want to go to UTM, it is close by. For me, it is comfortable enough to relax and sleep. This hotel is also beautiful and smell nice. The moment I enter the hotel's lobby I felt so calm cause its smell nice 👍🏻

Cons:

I didn't like the iron that is provided by the hotel because it's heavy and hard to iron my clothes 😥

Boleh la dengan harga untuk rest sementara.

Lobby hotel okay lawa dah

Cons:

Cadar kotor, habuk atas lantai, cerek berkarat, tv tak function. Lock pintu pon dh rosak.

Location is good.

Cons:

Bathroom don’t have body shampoo, room 205. I ask staff to top up body shampoo n mineral water cos I stay two night, when we come back that evening, body shampoo n mineral water not added. So sad.
