Pros:

Very nice experience overall, with extremely polite and friendly people who made us feel welcome. The hotel has a beautiful view that we really enjoyed. It’s also perfectly located, very close to the ski lifts, which was super convenient.

Все было прекрасно ! Если вернемся, то только сюда !!!
Pros:

Понравилось расположение (рядом с подъемником, в центре городка). Но больше всего - атмосфера отеля и, особенно, персонал ! Лучше Марианны и Дарио не встречали ! Дарио готовит прекрасные домашние ужины, а Марианна - невероятно приветливая и отзывчивая, настоящая душа отеля.

Świetnie położony obiekt – dosłownie kilka kroków od wyciągu, co jest ogromnym atutem, zwłaszcza dla miłośników górskich aktywności. Obsługa absolutnie na najwyższym poziomie: pomocna, życzliwa i zawsze uśmiechnięta, dzięki czemu od pierwszych chwil można poczuć się naprawdę zaopiekowanym. Śniadania bardzo urozmaicone, świeże i pyszne – każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie i trudno wyjść od stołu głodnym. Na duży plus zasługuje również klimat miejsca: ciepły, przytulny, z typowo górskim wystrojem, który idealnie wpisuje się w otoczenie i pozwala w pełni poczuć atmosferę wypoczynku. Zdecydowanie miejsce, do którego chce się wracać.

What an amazing!! Hotel.
We loved everything, the service of everyone at the hotel was impeccable and amazingly friendly. The breakfast was superb - buffet style with quality choices of everything + on demand eggs of any style, crepes, pancakes and more... We loved the family run old style, even if here and there it could gain from a small uplift... But better stay just the way it is. Fantastic!
And the location - right in the center, 2 min walk from the ski Gondola.

Hotel in centro
Pros:

Atmosfera accogliente, camere pulite e prodotti da toeletta di ottima qualità. Colazione completa di tutto, con torte fatte in casa e uova e crepe da ordinare al momento. Marianna , la ragazza che si occupa del servizio ai tavoli a colazione è molto attenta e professionale, ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Se dovessimo tornare a Madonna di campiglio sicuramente ritorneremo qui

La struttura è fantastica,molto accogliente e calorosa,nel centro del paese e a pochi passi dagli impianti dei 5 laghi e dello Spinale.

Posizione top come la gentilezza del proprietario e dello staff

Cons:

Struttura con enormi potenzialità che però appare trascurata. Ci sono fiori e piante di plastica ovunque persino nell'ascensore. I tappeti e la moquette sembrano datati e polverosi. Impianto idraulico ed elettrico non proprio a norma. Per la colazione servirebbero etichette che indichino la tipologia del prodotto in funzione di allergie e intolleranze.

Vacanza rilassante, la struttura è nel centro del paese e quindi vicinissimo a tutto, anche agli impianti di risalita. Colazione e cena ottimi e splendida accoglienza dei proprietari.

Cons:

Bisognerebbe ammodernare i bagli e le stanze, che comunque erano super pulite.
