Pros:

Trevligt, förhållandevis tyst i ett lugnt område som kräver bil. Omodernt kök och badrum men fullt fungerande utom möjligen kylen som läckte om den inte stod på full kyla men då frös den vattnet och frukten.

Mooie omgeving, maar we waren weggestopt in een soort bunker van een bijgebouwtje met haast geen daglicht. Met schimmel op de muren en compleet vergeelde voegen in de badkamer geen prettig verblijf.

We stayed in a studio. Dated accommodation. Not particularly well equipped kitchen. Water way too hot from taps to boiling point.
Positives - good view, bottle of water, tea and coffee supplied.

Le bloc comporte 20chambres dont 16 avec vue sur la piscine TOUTES INOCUPEES...

Decepcionante, no coincide con la descripción.
Pros:

Habitación muy pequeña, no coincide con la descripción. Al elegir la habitación, en las fotos y en la descripción aparecía con balcón y sala, habitación minúscula y más para ser un 4 estrellas. La habitación era un zulo, en la planta inferior con una pequeña ventana en la parte superior. La limpieza era para una vez a la semana, no había toallas en la habitación.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Zur Selbstverpflegung ist das Hotel nicht geeignet. Die "Küche" enthält keine Herdplatte und nichtmal einen Toaster. Das Zimmer war selbst beim Einzug nicht sauber - die Dusche schimmlig. Bei 6 Tagen Aufenthalt gibt es nur eine Zimmerreinigung. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig und viel zu klein. Ein Tisch war im Zimmer ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Als wir an der Rezeption nach einem anderen Zimmer fragten, wurde uns gesagt, das sei nicht möglich-das Hotel wäre voll. Erst nach Reklamation über Expedia bekamen wir ein Anderes, das aber auch nicht viel besser war.

Une beau paysage ne suffit pas
Pros:

Bien placé, le parc a l'air entretenu.
Les studios sont assez grands mais nous avons vécu notre pire nuit de notre vie dans un hôtel 4 étoiles ou plus.
Des voisins alcoolisés bruyants ont écouté la musique très fort dès 17 heures et nous avons dû faire intervenir le réceptionniste après minuit qui n'a pas su se montrer autoritaire. Il a dû intervenir au moins deux fois et n'a pas souhaité que j'appelle la police pour faire stopper les nuisances sonores. Au départ, un autre réceptionniste peu éloquent et courtois, et qui était au courant de notre horrible séjour - ne s'est pas excusé au nom de l'hôtel et n'a pas dit au revoir.
J'invite la direction de cet hôtel à reprendre des formations hôtelières pour ses collaborateurs. La Suisse en propose d'excellentes. Il doit en exister aussi au Portugal.
D'autre part, la piscine est grande mais les transats et les parasols sont vieillissants voire abimés. Le même groupe fumait et buvait dans des bières sans que personne de l'hôtel n'intervienne.
C'est donc un hôtel que je ne recommande pas. Il n'a pas le niveau pour un tel domaine.

O complexo fica um pouco afastado, mas de fácil acesso. Local muito bonito e tranquilo, mesmo em alta temporada. A limpeza do quarto e as condições do banheiro deixaram um pouco a desejar.
