Ich finde die Lage am Skilift gut, aber das bringt im Sommer natürlich wenig. Das Frühstück war ok

Wir wurden zwar per Mail nach der Buchung darüber informiert, dass das Restaurant im Sommer geschlossen ist, aber bei einem fast ausgebuchten Haus wäre es schon schön etwas zu Essen zu bekommen. In der Hotelbeschreibung auf Booking steht Restaurant vorhanden. Der Hinweis sollte schon dort auftauchen. Die Rezeptionistin wollte uns dann im Nachbarhotel einen Tisch reservieren aber da gab es nur ein Menü für 38 €. Somit mussten wir in den Ort fahren. Hotelbar geschlossen, einzige Auswahl: Bier Cola Wasser. Lüftung im Bad defekt. Fernseher hängt schief an der Wand Das ganze Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Innen woe außen. Ich würde nicht mehr hinfahren

Wir werden das Hotel Planac nicht mehr buchen.
Pros:

Lage außerhalb, ruhig. Gebäude abgetakelt mit Charme der 70er Jahre, Zimmer sauber, Frühstück i.O.

Cons:

Wir hatten zwei Doppelzimmer incl. Frühstück und Abendessen gebucht. Die Buchung wurde am 30.11.2025 bestätigt und am 5.7.2026 bezahlt. Danach kam per Email die Information, dass das Hotel kein Abendessen anbietet. Es wurde versucht, den bezahlten Preis für Vollpension zu verrechnen. Erst nach massiven Beschwerden wurde ein Nachlass für das ausgefallene Abendessen akzeptiert. Nachdem man mich mit 10 Euro Nachlass abspeisen wollte, halte ich die Vorgehensweise für ein betrügerisches Geschäftsgebaren der Betreiberfamilie Ebner.

La habitación tiene moqueta y no estaba bien limpia, tenia un olor muy peculiar que no era del todo agradable. La cama la pedimos doble, eran dos camas pegadas y los colchones se hundían al centro
