Breakfast service will take place at the Aptos La Bocayna.

As an alternative service, the swimming pool of "Tacande La Bocayna" will be available and at the disposal of the guests. This is located 328 ft from the Coloradamar Reception. On the other hand, we inform you that the children's pool and the jacuzzi in the pool area will remain fully available.

From August 29th to September 21st, 2025 (inclusive), the pool will be closed for maintenance work. Alternative pools will be available at nearby accommodations.

Guests traveling with pets must pay a supplement of 20 EUR per pet per night. Maximum weight 7 kg.
This supplement is subject to availability and prior confirmation by the establishment.
Pets are only allowed in the 2-bedroom apartment with sea views and in the 2-bedroom apartments with a hot tub.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Quiet Apartments with facilities near by or a 15 minute walk. Bus stop next to Apartments 15 mins to Centre
Pros:

Ideally located but beware of mosquitos
Pros:

The property was beautiful - even had a roof terrace for sunbathing (unfortunately we didn't get to use it as weather did not permit). Staff very friendly. Our cleaning lady was superb even noticing running water was brown and the day after we had a new tank fitted for the water which corrected the problem.

Cons:

Light in kitchen area did not work didn't report as we didn't really need it. Unfortunately the weather was bad and the apartment was cold at night - no option to have heating in main sitting room area, so sat wrapped in duvet (First week in March). Huge problem with mosquitos, all over the appartment on entering the main (largest bedroom) they were all over the roof, and evidence of previous ones being squashed on walls - didn't sleep the first night constantly being attacked by them and our faces showed the evidence with bite marks - a visit to the supermarket and anti mosquito plug ins for each room, citronella oils on cotton wool around whole apartment helped but it was expensive. Brown running water issue was corrected.

Quiet and relaxed week in Easter sunshine
Pros:

Excellent location. Easy walk into marina area with good choice of good quality good value restaurants. Bungalow had all we needed. Sun trap in the front and a Bali bed by the pool. Complex was very peaceful and quiet in early season. Very few people by the pool despite sunny but windy weather. Bungalow was cleaned regularly by friendly and efficient staff. The area felt very quiet and safe for two women travellers. Reception staff were generally helpful apart from the last day when reception was locked but a call to the contact number brought the manager to reception and he was very helpful. We had a late flight and were offered a courtesy room for 30 euros however we decided against it as the rooms were underneath reception so rather dark with no outside space. Overall a very pleasant and relaxed week in a very quiet environment and I would highly recommend these apartments and would not hesitate to book again.

Cons:

One room was larger with more wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom however the second was smaller and lacked adequate storage which is unfair if two friends are sharing.

Overall decent and quiet hotel without major issues but would look elsewhere next time.
Pros:

Apartment was spacious, 2 separate bedrooms and central living room/kitchenette, hot tub was decent temperature.
Small supermarket and taxi rank were a couple of minutes walk away. About 30 minutes (with a child) walk to the marina and shops, bars and restaurants.
Kitchenette ha a large fridge/freezer, stove and microwave.

Cons:

Pool was pretty cold, communal hot tub was freezing as was the kids pool.
Cleaning was not very thorough, and missed a couple of times (is only 5 days a week but was missed more than this).

Très déçu .
Pros:

L’espace du logement est correct mais pas accueillant. Le sol était sale.

A lovely quiet place away from the main buzz of Playa Blanca.
Pros:

It was very quiet. A detached bungalow.

Cons:

There was nobody on reception when we arrived. Welcome was by a text message.
Towels were very poor - thin and small and few of them.

Everything else was perfect for us and we plan to return in the future
Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff. Communication was efficient and very effective. A small site that we found quiet and relaxed. Veery clean accommodation with all facilities. Shops, bars and restaurants very close by. Easy and inexpensive bus access to the centre of town.

Cons:

Beds were a bit firm. This is our only negative issue.

Pros:

Tout : L'emplacement : un peu excentré par rapport à Playa Blanca, mais avec à proximité un centre commercial, des restaurants, un supermercado, une petite plage. Un arrêt de bus juste en face de l'hôtel permet d'aller à Playa Blanca.
L'appartement est vaste, comfortable, très propre, avec une grande terrasse et des transats.

Cons:

Un seul bémol : le petit déjeuner qu'il faut aller prendre dans un hôtel en face.

Esperienza assolutamente da rifare.
Pros:

La tranquillità e la pulizia sia del bungalow che delle parti comuni. Cucina attrezzatissima ed il miglior wifi che abbia mai avuto in una struttura turistica.

The perfect stay for 3 nights in the south of the island
Pros:

The apartment was super well located. We stayed 3 nights in Playa Blanca without a car and were able to walk everywhere, as it felt very safe and relatively close to everything. From the apartment to Playa Flamingo on the west side, there is about an hour walk. And to the east, you have 1 hour and 30 minutes to Playa Papagayo, passing by many other wonderful beaches on the go.
There is a supermarket near by and a wonderful restaurant literally 2 minutes away.
We went in November so perhaps this helped but the facilities were quiet and peaceful and we did not hear or see any other people from the other flats.
The place was clean overall, and the beds super comfy (I stayed on the sofa bed, with the beginning of a flu and was able to sleep deep and recover).
The staff was friendly and helpful and they left us a nice wine and some water for the day which was a nice touch.

Cons:

The hot water would run out for the second person taking a shower so that was a bit uncomfortable.
The place could do with an extra bit of cleaning but it was okay. Nothing else to report, really!
