As an alternative service, the swimming pool of "Tacande La Bocayna" will be available and at the disposal of the guests. This is located 328 ft from the Coloradamar Reception. On the other hand, we inform you that the children's pool and the jacuzzi in the pool area will remain fully available.
From August 29th to September 21st, 2025 (inclusive), the pool will be closed for maintenance work. Alternative pools will be available at nearby accommodations.
Guests traveling with pets must pay a supplement of 20 EUR per pet per night. Maximum weight 7 kg.
This supplement is subject to availability and prior confirmation by the establishment.

L’espace du logement est correct mais pas accueillant. Le sol était sale.
Environnement très urbanisé. Vue sur des commerces et non vue mer. Nous sommes restés qu’une nuit au lieu de 3 .

Das zweite Schlafzimmer sollte ein richtiges Bett haben, und unbedingt Verdunkelungsvorhönge.
It was very quiet. A detached bungalow.
There was nobody on reception when we arrived. Welcome was by a text message.
Towels were very poor - thin and small and few of them.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Communication was efficient and very effective. A small site that we found quiet and relaxed. Veery clean accommodation with all facilities. Shops, bars and restaurants very close by. Easy and inexpensive bus access to the centre of town.
Beds were a bit firm. This is our only negative issue.
Tout : L'emplacement : un peu excentré par rapport à Playa Blanca, mais avec à proximité un centre commercial, des restaurants, un supermercado, une petite plage. Un arrêt de bus juste en face de l'hôtel permet d'aller à Playa Blanca.
L'appartement est vaste, comfortable, très propre, avec une grande terrasse et des transats.
Un seul bémol : le petit déjeuner qu'il faut aller prendre dans un hôtel en face.

La tranquillità e la pulizia sia del bungalow che delle parti comuni. Cucina attrezzatissima ed il miglior wifi che abbia mai avuto in una struttura turistica.
Da migliorare la qualità dei prodotti serviti per la colazione ( a cinque minuti dal bungalow )
De ligging was super. Uitzicht over zee vanuit de tuin 🙌🏻

Lovely outdoor space. Hot tub was a great bonus. Quiet area. Easy walks to local restaurants and harbour area.

The apartment was super well located. We stayed 3 nights in Playa Blanca without a car and were able to walk everywhere, as it felt very safe and relatively close to everything. From the apartment to Playa Flamingo on the west side, there is about an hour walk. And to the east, you have 1 hour and 30 minutes to Playa Papagayo, passing by many other wonderful beaches on the go.
There is a supermarket near by and a wonderful restaurant literally 2 minutes away.
We went in November so perhaps this helped but the facilities were quiet and peaceful and we did not hear or see any other people from the other flats.
The place was clean overall, and the beds super comfy (I stayed on the sofa bed, with the beginning of a flu and was able to sleep deep and recover).
The staff was friendly and helpful and they left us a nice wine and some water for the day which was a nice touch.
The hot water would run out for the second person taking a shower so that was a bit uncomfortable.
The place could do with an extra bit of cleaning but it was okay. Nothing else to report, really!

The apartment offered everything needed for a comfortable stay. Hot tub was an added bonus. Having the bus stop outside made travelling about Playa Blanca very easy.
Nothing to dislike
Die Anlage ist gut gepflegt jedoch bereits in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eine schöne, großzügige und ruhige Poollandschaft mit genügend Liegen.
Im Whirlpool beim Appartement wird ohne Wassermessung einfach jeden Tag eine Chlortablette hinein geworfen. Dementsprechend riecht das Wasser extrem nach Chlor.
In der Anlage selber ist es sehr ruhig aber gegenüber hat es ein Hotel mit Animation. Dies in einer Lautstärke welche fast nicht zu ertragen ist. Wirklich übel☹
Spitzenlage , paar Minuten zur Fuss zum Einkaufszentrum und zu den traumhaften Papageien Strände. Wohnung wird täglich gesäubert, Handtücher bei Bedarf gewechselt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Den privaten Whirlpool beim Bungalow haben wir täglich zum Relaxen genutzt.
Das man das Toilettenpapier nicht in die Toilette werfen durfte.
Super Manager (Daniel), super gutes und nettes Personal, besonders zu Erwähnen die Reinigungskräfte. Tolles Umfeld, nahegelegene Top Gastronomie und der berühmte Papagaya Strand ist fussläufig zu erreichen, gehobenes Niveau
