I highly recommend this hotel. It’s fun,beautiful and very relaxing.
Pros:

The pools were wonderful. The hotel is very beautiful all around. The free breakfast was really good.

Cons:

The bed was a little too hard for our liking and the water pressure wasn’t great.

Pros:

I loved the privacy and the security. It was clean, quiet, and the shower head in the shower was too die for. It was close to all different kinds of food choices. It was easy on and off the interstate.

I have no complaints and will be staying her again.

Good value, nice facility, overall pretty great.
Pros:

Pools, restaurant, and free breakfast were great! Room was clean and facility smelled great. Decent value as well.

Cons:

The bed was super uncomfortable. Very hard. Also, room service knocked at 8am and asked when we were checking out even though the checkout was 11am. That made us feel rushed out.

Pros:

The outside and pool area was clean

Cons:

The carpet was stained and bathroom was small. The person that checked me in was confusing

The basics and some add ons
Pros:

The most important parts of the hotel were clean and the massage therapist was absolutely amazing. Restaurant staff was wonderful at fire and ice too.

Cons:

There were a couple of smaller spots that do not get a good cleaning.There was some interesting brown specs on the wall behind the toilet and the shower head could’ve used some vinegar. Also while on the bed we noticed the chair had a broken leg, so it was a good thing we used it for the decorative bedding. Staff also had many moments of not being able to help us and the breakfast ran out of a lot of the more popular items on both morning we were staying. Just seems that management could do a lot better. Staff was friendly at least and genuinely seemed to try, but without the help from leadership it is difficult.
