Ogromny niesmak i popsucie wrażenia z pobytu
Pros:

widok z balkonu, powitalne żelki, chipsy, orzeszki w pokoju, czysta pościel. Wydanie bezpłatnych biletów na autobus, który nas zawiózł do Lindau.

Cons:

mam ogromny niesmak z powodu sytuacji, w której moja walizka spadła w nocy na lustro w przedpokoju. Ten fakt zgłosiłam na recepcji rano, by uregulować sprawę przed opuszczeniem hotelu. Kwota, którą miałam zapłacić za średniej wielkości lustro bez ramy to 200 euro. Jest to kwota absurdalna, przewyższająca pobyt w hotelu. To jest zwykłe lustro, zawieszone w przedpokoju na desce. Nie wiem z jakiego powodu walizka się wywróciła. Podłoga jest pokryta wykładziną, może to jest powód niestabilności walizki. Natomiast kwota, którą zażądał hotel, jest w moim odczuciu bardzo wygórowana, zaćmiła wszelki pozytywy, całą radość podróżowania. Załączam zdjęcia pęknięcia lustra w rogu. Czytałam, że wg niemieckiego prawa należy pokryć koszt lustra w stanie obecnym, a nie zafundować nowe lustro, tym bardziej, że booking również ze mną się zgodził, że kwota wydaje się być za wysoka. Nie polecę tego hotelu nikomu, podróżuję dużo, nigdzie nie spotkałam takiego traktowania. Internet był bardzo słaby w pokoju, ale to drobiazg, najważniejsze dla mnie jest potraktowanie mnie jako gościa.

Pas de clim dans chambre en plein soleil avec plus de 30 degrés à l’intérieur, juste un petit ventilateur qui ne faisait que brasser l’air chaud, impossible de pouvoir se reposer dans ces conditions. Pas assez de place sur parking.
