Niente!

Cons:

Tutto!! non capisco purché strutture come queste devono essere 3 stelle!questo hotel, se così si può chiamare, è una vergogna . Sicuramente non tornerò mai più. Oltre alla situazione avuta tra Booking e la direzione, non commento dico solo disonesti. E non entro nei particolari.

Consigliato per vacanza tranquilla
Pros:

Una bella esperienza hotel attaccato al mare con parcheggio e buon ristorante,porzioni abbondanti a prezzi economici. Camera con balcone vista mare comoda e pulita.
Staff molto gentile ed accogliente.
Torneremo l'anno prossimo per qualche giorno di relax

Cons:

L'unica pecca è la televisione piccolissima in camera e non funzionava quasi nessun canale se si vuole vedere qualcosa la sera prima di andare a dormire

Solo l'estetica esterna stile Marocco dell'hotel e la posizione di fronte al mare.

Cons:

Era sporco, l'accoglienza ci ha fatto venire voglia di scappare via. Al nostro arrivo avevano segnato male le prenotazioni, non ci trovavano le camere e abbiamo dovuto aspettare fino al pomeriggio.

Pros:

Tutto sommato l’esperienza è stata positiva! La struttura ha un forte potenziale, posizione eccellente fronte spiaggia, a 5km da Rimini centro. Parcheggio incluso senza costi. Il personale è gentile e cordiale anche se parlano poco l’italiano. Hanno cercato di soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste e venire incontro alle nostre esigenze.

Cons:

L’attenzione ai dettagli non è la priorità. Servizio ristorante e pulizia da rivedere.
Molte cose sono trasandate e lasciate al caso.

Room infestation with flies and fleas facing rubbish bins no sea view no terrace

So as I was saying in the review that I did for my stay the 20th to the 21st of August this is my review from the 21st of August to the 22nd of August.

I was comfortably settled in my room on the third floor room 27.

I went out in the morning to the San Marino and when I came back my room had been packed up and I was told to get out at 2 o'clock.

The lady on reception was insistence that I did not have a second booking.

The way I was treated was absolutely disgusting knowing that I had a second booking for a room with the sea view and terrace.

I was made to sit in the reception area and wait 30 minutes for a room to be made available this was at the back of the property under the kitchens facing the rubbish bins full of flies and fleas.

I am currently liaison with booking.com regarding the disgusting service that I received at this hotel this has to be one of, if not the worse experiences I've ever had travelling around the world and I travel on average six months of the year staying at countless premises.

I paid for sea view and a terrace however halfway through my stay I was moved out of my room at 14:15. Into a room not on the third floor where I had been in room 27 but in to a room on the ground floor facing the dust bins and rubbish and car park infested with fleas and flies no terrace no Seaview I have to say one of the most disgusting ways that I have been treated as a guest ever.
