Top - wir werden wiederkommen
Pros:

Familienbetrieb mit Staff, der sich wirklich interessiert und hilft.
Das Hotel ist definitiv 4 Sterne (auch mit Aussenjacuzzi) in einem angenhemen nicht aufdringlichen Stil

Cons:

Bestellungen im Restaurant müssen per QR-code und/oder iPad abgesetzt werden - finde ich nicht wirklich innovativ noch kundenfreundlich

Best hotel ever.
Pros:

Exceptional hotel and staff. Loved the authentic Swiss breakfast with many items to try...loved them all. The Wellness center was great way to end the day. Reception Desk staff helped us with hike plans, pass selection and dinner ideas. We got a room upgrade which set the tone from the beginning. A simple yet impactful gesture.

Zero.

Das Hotel liegt in bester Lage mitten in Zermatt.Es gibt nichts,aber auch gar nichts zu bemängeln!Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundlichkeit der Betreiberfamilie und die Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit des gesamten Personals!Der Außenwhirlpool unter der Eiswand ist spektakulär und das Essensangebot außergewöhnlich!Ab sofort unser Lieblingshotel in Zermatt!Wir kommen wieder!!

Es gibt nichts was nicht gefallen hätte!

Fabulous!
Pros:

It’s my second time staying, and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The staff, the spa, the pool, the cosy bar and the room were all exceptional.

Cons:

Nothing - although it was a little bit warm at times! But better that than too cold.
