Alua Village Fuerteventura – All Inclusive

We had an amazing stay, great food, great staff, lots of entertainment and the My Favourite Club was wonderful. Big shout out to Oz on the entertainment staff, he was great, also to. Alba who was great at her job in the bar and restaurant and made our stay special. Bit of work to do with the speciality dining, when you see guests going to the all inclusive restaurant directly after tells a story. Overall really happy with our stay, Thanks to All :)

Nuestra estancia ha sido 8 días en el hotel muy agradables pero tenemos varios puntos que comentar a modo critica constructiva para mejorar bajo nuestro punto de vista y experiencia.

- Los horarios de las comidas y cenas están bastante dirigidas al publico extranjero, y condiciona mucho a la hora de hacer cualquier tipo de excursión o salida ya que si no llegas lo pierdes, y obviamente lo has pagado.
- Que no te den un picnic para la gente que tenga todo incluido, ya que si quieres pasar el día fuera o tienes alguna excursión no te dan nada, es verdad que tienes de 10:30 a 18 un buffee mas pequeño abierto pero me parece un poco mal llevarte eso envuelto en papel y guardártelo.
- Todo esta enfocado al público extranjero, sobre todo el francés, cuando estamos en España, sabemos que al final los extranjeros se apuntan a un bombardeo pero los españoles nos sentimos un poco desubicados cuando por ejemplo en un espectáculo por la noche llamado la Dance Party las canciones son en frances y no hay ninguna española y el repertorio es bastante escaso y por lo menos gracias a Sara y Sifa nos hemos sentido incluidas porque entiendo que los monitores no sepan nuestro idioma pero es que yo tampoco el suyo y al menos digo hola y adiós, porque en ningún momento el equipo francés de animación ni se dirige a ti si eres española o hacen un esfuerzo.
- El socorrista apenas se le veía.
- Estaría bien que a los recepcionistas ya que no son de la isla de Fuerteventura tuvieran nociones de que ver

El alojamiento me encantó, pero la comida dejaba mucho que desear

We had the all-inclusive package. Food quality and diversity were disappointing and repetitive, with poorly labeled dishes. One of our friends even found raw chicken in a salad. Breakfast was the best meal—standard but decent. Lunch and dinner were underwhelming. Alcohol options were limited: beer and wine during meals, and machine-made cocktails at the pool bar. All-inclusive ends at 23:00; drinks afterward are chargeable.

Location: 3/10 (for travelers not renting a car)
We booked the transfer via Hyatt’s website. The shuttle had multiple hotel stops, no clear timetable, and long delays—waited at the airport from 18:30 to 20:00; arrived at the hotel at 21:30. Reception was unhelpful nothing they can do. On return, the bus broke down, and we waited for a replacement, reaching the airport two hours after. Without a car, access is difficult. A taxi to Morro Jable costs €10–15.

Room (Sea View Double): 6/10
Located at the far end of the resort—quite a hike to the main areas. No drinking water or kettle provided. The sea view was not bad, and the room was near the beach gate (about a 10-minute walk to the beach).

Facilities: 6/10
Pools were fine and sunbeds available. Did not use the gym or indoor pool. Small shop onsite. The most impressive part is the view from the lobby. Reception could not provide any information on activities (diving snorkeling etc) they said to Google ourselves.

Ik reisde alleen dus de My Favotite Club was echt een aanrader.

Im vergleich zu den letzten Jahren sind die AI Cocktails wesentlich schlechter geworden, das Essen abends aber tatsächlich besser.

A nice, clean and peaceful hotel. Food was excellent, third time of staying at this hotel and the experience is always pleasant.

En general, tengo que felicitar al local, tanto a la amabilidad del personal, como a las instalaciones/servicios que ofrecen.
Lo peor, sin duda, la limpieza de la cubertería y vasos. No hubo un solo día en el que me encontrase vasos y copas sucias, cubiertos con restos de comida…pero no uno, ni dos, si no tener que cambiar cuatro o cinco veces de

Emplacement super près d'une plage magnifique, même si peut être un peu sportif pour certains.
Piscine extérieure fraiche mais vivifiante!
Piscine intérieure agreable avec jacuzzi, sauna et hammam.
Petit déjeuner délicieux, qualité des dîners variable mais globalement bon.
Manque d'insonorisation dans les chambres.
Location de voiture conseillée

I stayed here for a week and I was ready to come home after it usually I want to stay longer, main reason being there was nothing to do on the night time no where to go and if there was there where to many banks and the foot paths where non existent, the water pressure in the bathroom was not very good either, the staff where very helpful, I would like to say a big thank you to oz who spoke good English and was part of the entertainment team who made sure I was involved when we were playing volleyball because I was the only English person there and every body else was french, there wasn't many English people at the resort actually so everything seemed to cater for the french,
The food wasn't bad but could do with a decent toaster in restaurant so you can do toast for breakfast

The stay was ok could of been better customer service isn’t that great and not good choice of food for vegetarians, normally when you ask a chef to make something they will at this hotel they refused to cater when asked

Gutes Mittelklasse Hotel , super Lage zum Strand ansonsten unbedingt Auto benötigt, oder Taxi .. Strandspaziergänge super machbar . Essen ist okay, nichts besonderes aber gut.
Sehr freundliches Personal überall. Das Badezimmer könnte etwas saniert werden , die Ecken und Badewanne Armatur , Fugen mussten erneuert, entkalkt und ausgetauscht werden... Ist aber alles funktionstüchtig..
