Pros:

Spacious room, comfortable beds. Good meal in restaurant at night. Didn't opt for breakfast. 40 mins from Bilbao ferry.

Cons:

On arrival in the rain, every door around the hotel was locked, we walked completely around it and tried 4 doors, rattling them. The hotel knew our expected arrival time. Eventually a man came, let us in, very limited English, no apology, just indicated he had been on the telephone. A waiter arrived who spoke a lot better English, so we sorted with him how to get in an underground car park ( extra 6 euros). Apparently there was a lift from the carpark into the hotel, but no signage whatsoever to see where the lift was. In the end my husband walked back up out of the car park and went into the hotel, located the lift and then came down to find me. Bathroom ....the shower holder was completely broken but my husband had cable ties in our car so secured it up with 2 of them. The hairdryer was all broken at the back of it and the front had obviously overheated at some point as it had melted into a strange shape. On returning our keys, there was no one on reception to inform of these things.

Excellent small and cozy hotel
Pros:

A small hotel in a small town, nice and clean rooms, excellent breakfast, served individually - pastry, toasts, fresh juice and fruit. For a small fee, there is an underground parking with a lift: spacious places and very easy access, wide ramp.

Cons:

Nothing to mention.

Do hotel muito aconchegante, Check-in rápido e sem complicações, Limpeza impecável, cama confortável, boa iluminação, o hotel oferece serviço de jantar, comida maravilhosa.

Cons:

O café da manhã é bom e bem servido, porém poderia começar mais cedo para atender melhor hóspedes que precisam sair cedo para compromissos ou viagens.

Une découverte séduisante dans un village au calme
Pros:

Un accueil sympathique dans une maison typique. Le petit-déjeuner était parfait, suffisamment varié, complet et copieux. La salle est spacieuse et lumineuse et le personnel agréable. Nous aurions bien dégusté les pintxos fort appétissantes, mais nous devions reprendre la route après notre petit-déjeuner.
