Elvator er extrem lille, ikke muligt at være 2 pers med baggagen i elvator.
I værelset hang gardinerne ned og var i stykker.
Klima var underligt samt blæsten/duften lugtede.
Soveværelse meget lille, ikke svarende på billede.
Personale tilbød sende viceværten på et tidspunkt, for at se på det - det var virkelig sent og vi skulle bare vente…..
Ingen anden room blev tilbudt , ikke en god service generelt. Spurgte selv efter efter anden room, men det blev ignoreret af receptionisten.
Måtte kontakte booking, og de harr stadig ikke svaret, efter flere henvendelser.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist einzig das Personal, das freundlich und bemüht war. Auch die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse war wirklich schön.

Cons:

Leider konnte das Hotel nicht überzeugen. Die Sauberkeit ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig, das Frühstück war eher mittelmäßig und die Ausstattung insgesamt veraltet. Besonders störend war, dass meine Zimmertür oben einen Spalt hatte – dadurch konnte man alles vom Flur hören und die Privatsphäre war eingeschränkt.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert. Die vielen positiven Bewertungen sind für mich nicht nachvollziehbar.

The only positive thing was that they allowed us to do an early check-in. However, the room was quite dirty, with a lot of dust and even ants on the table. There was also a very unpleasant smell in the room.

In addition, on the morning of our arrival, we informed the receptionist that we would be checking out early before breakfast because we were traveling, and we asked if it would be possible to prepare 2 sandwiches for us since we had already paid for breakfast. He said he would inform the kitchen, but he never did. Later that same evening, I went again to the reception to ask about my request, and the receptionist informed me that nothing could be done for the next morning because the kitchen was already closed.

There was clearly a lack of communication between the staff. I had also sent a message through Booking before our arrival mentioning that it was our anniversary and asking if they could make a small decoration in the room, but I never received any reply.

I would not stay here again.

Good value, convenient location
Pros:

The hotel was modern and comfortable. The staff were accommodating and had no problem speaking English. The location is not far from the beach.

Cons:

There were some minor things in the bathroom, such as peeling wall paint. The breakfast was good, but I was missing some items, such as yogurt (to go with cereals) and actual bowl (to put the cereals into). All of those are minor fixes that have little to no impact on the overall experience.
